Notes:
  • Was expecting more weight from the carb up, but then again I didn't drink too much water.
  • Strength was up today, but nothing major.
  • Joints (knees) are feeling a little dry, not bad at all, though. Definitely bearable.
  • Did some cleaning in my parents' basement to help out a bit while I'm home. Had to bend over a use my back. As a result, i have had very mild back pumps all day even after taking 10g taurine during my workout.
  • I did have some really intense pumps in my rear delts during my gym session, which was odd.
  • Tomorrow is legs.

Notes:
  • Somehow I ****ed my back up today. Front squats didn't go great because I'm not flexible enough, I guess. I felt fine after I came home. I ate and took a short nap. When I woke up from the nap I could barely walk because of muscle spasms. It has gotten a bit better since this morning and I can move around.
  • I'm not sure if it's another or rebulged disc, hyperextension, muscle pull or something else. I didn't have any traumatic reps during the workout so I am kind of in the dark. If I had to guess it would be another bulged disc.
  • I am going to try and sneak into my PT on Monday morning and see what he thinks, then schedule an appt for my sports ortho later in the week.
  • I am by no means stopping this cycle. Too much invested.
  • I will continue on as planned, but I will certainly eliminate things that could mess with my back. This means no more squatting or leg pressing, probably no more rack pulls or BB rows. We will see how I feel on Wednesday with those last two.
  • No other sides to report, I'm sure the tren didn't help with my spasms.

Ive heard rack pull will really fukc you up man, drop those for sure(they are mostly an ego deal anyways). Youve gained a grip of weight so far man, hows your bp?
 
I picked up rack deads because I decided to drop deadlifts. It definitely hasn't been ego as I've been doing sets of 12. It is still probably for the best that drop them. I don't know how I'm going to work my erectors, though, which is disappointing.

As for BP, I haven't checked yet. I haven't been light headed upon rising, no stars, nosebleeds etc. I'll check it on Monday so I can have a base before the 3 weeks of Mdrol and probably wont do the Mdrol if BP is high to begin with.

You've gained like a mofo on this cycle so far!!! I'd give the mdrol a very small chance and if absolutely anything happened I'd stop and just be happy with the 20+lbs gain you've made!! Although only 10-12lbs. (at best) is what you've gained, you should still be happy as fokk!
 
Last time I consistently checked it was last spring when I used Havoc. I was generally around 120-130/55-70
 
I sleep with a heatin pad for a week after 3 days of complete ice! Aleve it up my man and stay on a lot of machine weight. Stick to higher reps and you should get back fine! Good luck!
 
Thanks for the well wishes guys. The back feels better this morning. No jolt of stiffness and pain when I got out of bed. It's a very odd injury and I'm still not sure what ot make of it. When it hurts it hurts like a slipped disc, but it doesn't hurt when I sit or bend over. Quite perplexing.

Anyways, first M-drol dose went down the hatch not too long ago. Please, for baby Jesus, pray for me. :lol:
 
My first one is going down my hatch in t-minus... what the deuce quick math... 7 hours... on 3 hours of sleep due to some very inclement weather last night.

  • Big strength jump from last week. Strength was noticeably up in every movement.

  • I should also note that I took my first dose of M-drol this morning. I will probably continue with 10mg for the rest of this week. Please pray for me :lol:
  • I should note that the large weight gain over the last 2-3 days was most likely from another carb up. I woke up Sunday, too lazy to go to the grocery store, and decided to pig out again. It was mostly pizza, chips, milk, oats. Carbs were probably under 400-500.

Yeah I will for sure. I was going to do it yesterday but it slipped my mind. I should be able to take care of it today.

Yep. As Kris said, I was at about 2200-2400 calories before I started this. I started the cut at about 205? I think? Got down to 190 ish and then started this.

I'm still lean, for me at least. I don't think I've gained much fat. I guess we'll let the pics decide. Hopefully they will be up later today.
 
dude im excited, im gunna start my cycle at around the same weight as u, im running 10 weeks of test with 6 weeks of orals in the begining, so im hoping for a nice 40 lb rebound.

solid increase non the less. aside from delts, the bloat isn't realy noticeable. also, your lats look like they've gained a pound each :)
