that's good to know that users are reporting these gains. the 19-nor seems to me to be the better of the tren compounds. especially better for this stack. Dangit this looks like a good run.

I would be willing to bet they are 30mg caps. Thats what i have, bought it 3 months ago.

Still kind of curious what the hell is in there. The compound is not listed as a 19-nor, but many users state it is(acts like) one. Gains are reported as dry(LBM) and strength off the hook.

I just noticed in the gym today that I am lean as ****! Leanest I have ever been. Maybe all that weight I lost while being sick wasn't muscle. I've still only got 4 pack, it's kinda deep, but I can see very clearly the separation between my delts and arms; everyone is saying my face looks thinner also.

I've heard/read that 'tren' makes people really vascular. I can only hope that 'tren' and a very low carb diet will just be disgusting. I'm getting more and more excited the closer I get to D-day!

I can comfortably do 4x8 with 85s or 90s right now depending on the day. During the summer I was able to comfortably do 95s but I've since lost a bit of strength from cutting and I've also changed my form to use less tricep.

Good news this morning. I was able to squat 225x8x4 today with absolutely no pain or discomfort in the knee or back (disc). Can't wait to get started. I'm gonna incorporate rack pulls also, if my back can take it.
 
my back is jacked up also. no matter what you do stay light JMO. i would hate to see you hurt yourself during this good run. be careful and good luck.
 
I'll be going at least 12 reps per set on those two movements to try and keep it safe. We're going to mass first, strength second anyways so high rep shouldn't be a problem.
 
Lets talking about dosing. I've really been into working out in the mornings lately. It's nice to come back from class and not have anywhere to go. So if I begin working out at 7am, when should I dose? Should I take 1 tren as soon as I wake up and then split the rest? What about once I start the gynodrol?

You got it rugger.

First dose up rising, then base the rest around that.

Every 12 for the 60mg dose, then you can go every 8 when you hit 90mg. 7 am, 3 or 4 pm, then right before bed.

Mdrol are in 10mg caps? I think you want them 12 hours apart. I would split that 10mg dose if possible.

The more evenly the dosages are spread out the better. I dont think your going to "feel" anything different taking it as "preworkout" dose.

Thats how i would do it, or some variation real close to that.
 
What kind of "on" will I feel and when will I feel it? The only other steroid I have experience with is Havoc so that's all I've got it to compare to.
 
That dosaging sounds good. Even while i was on my epi I took it spaced evenly throughout the day. my workouts were either 6am or 2pm. didn't change a thing.

Is that your clomid?.. ugh I have liquid nolva left over that I will probably end up using for my mdrol cycle again... the liquid stuff has such an intense chemical taste... eww. But then again, if it tastes that bad I figure there is probably chemicals that I want/need in it. lol.

Yeah it's clomid. I have about 500mg of nolva tabs that I'll be using also.

total with the BCAA and BA is about 320. Exclude those two and the sleep sups are we're at about 240
 
Settled down on a starting diet, obviously it will change throughout depending on results, but we've got to begin somewhere.

Calories: 3648
Protein: 254g
Fats: 259g
Carbs: 20g

Only thing I'm concerned about on this diet is high sodium. Not really sure what to do about that!
 
are you planning on running that little carbs when you switch over to m-drol, or will you adjust your diet for it?
 
Gonna see how I react. I have a diet planned out in case I need to switch over to 40/40/20. I've only seen once instance of low carb diet on Mdrol and the user said he felt fine, so we'll see.

i hope this cycle treats you well. my cycle after the one i'm on will probably be similar to this, so i really hope you get some great gains from this.
 
I hope so too. I responded really well to Havoc. Not sure that there will be any correlation between the two cycles but I can only hope.

Haven't calculated any in, but I usually drink half gallon during a workout and another half throughout the day. I'll be making sure I'm over a gallon a day. What I need to find is a gallon water bottle to carry around; no, not a just a milk jug lol

whats up rugger..
i just started trenadrol at 90mg last wednesday, been on for about five days. the positives so far are fullness/hardening, havent noticed much with strength maybe a little. sore as **** tho. weight keeps going up but i look much leaner. people tell me i look bigger everyday since i've been on but my stomach is getting more cut and flatter haha. i figured i would give it a week before i can make a true assesment. sides so far are irrettability especially towards the older folks lol. i'm feeling some slight sensitivity in my left pec. might just be in my head. but over all so far so good. might end up bridging into something else and bump the doseage up to 120mg. if i dont like the results im getting by the end of the week. seems pretty similar to all the other ph's i have tried.

can someone pm me about where to find cheaper caber or p5p?
and any body got any suggestions as to what i could possibly bridge into if im looking to stay pretty dry.

i wouldnt be worried about sodium on a low carb diet, you need it more then u think, it will help keep u hydrated

Yep! Just got back from the gym. Nothing special, but I'm hoping by the end of day 5 I'll be feelin it. I'm going to update each night in post number 2. Here is a before shot: Note that this is after a 1600g carb load over the weekend. I am still very bloated. Damn this pic is depressing. I'm such a tiny little *****.

Good starting point. This cycle should be a good one for you. If you sated previously I must have missed it, but what is your past cycle experience?
 
What version of the Trenadrol ended up coming?

What do you mean what version?

He is taking the Kilo Sports 17b-methoxy-trienbalone . It is labeled at 3mg, though there is controversy over whether this is a misprint or not.
