An American Endomorph on Mesomorph!

Hey gang so no more leg cramps, thank ****ing Arnold, 1 back day with Mesomorph, I was all kinds of wound up, glad to be back in the saddle again so to speak. Tonight was chest and soccer. Feel like strength is going up again. I'm guessing whatever was wrong with my body is slowly getting back to normal.

Been having a big diet break with my work training schedule. One last cheat meal tomorrow and then I'm going to attempt to cut down to

Less than 10% body fat (probably be there around the beginning of November and then run/log a natty anabolic bulk for as long as necessary until I feel I'll be a threat in an NPC tested show.
Speaking of does anyone have 2 bottles of ABE they'd be up to trade?

I ran liver support on my last cycle it's not an issue of having those it's the matter that my current meds are already stressing my liver as is so I'll need to get that fixed before I even want to touch any other supps that may cause stress to it.

Ginger and lemon tea helped my sdrol issues .

Well first it was that damn cold, then it was the weirdo leg cramps, and finally mandatory work training. Now I'm back to fully operational and ready to go!

Still haven't really been tracking numbers as right now I just want to finish this cut.

What I want to know from all you guys is does anyone have any experience with ABE? I'm trying to add them to my natty stack stockpile. Currently I have Tr1umph, XGels, C&P's Legendary, OL TD Ep1c and metric ton of Androcrine, OL Str3ngth Unleashed orals (yeah yeah I should have gotten oral Ep1c and TD Laxo from OL, I'm a dummy) and ummm that's about it. Due to an impaired liver function I can't run andros or anti E so that is out at the moment and trust me it sucks...so other AM members and hell even you shady site reps (kidding!) Let me know of anything else I should run on my lengthy natty cycle.

Here is a current look at my rear delts-always a problem area-i realize cutting I ain't going to add much if any size to them or upper chest but I'm enjoying the definition at the lower body fat.

I'm debating Folli 2.0 but I might wait and see what natty goodies Sparta has coming.

I used Epicurus and had a great run.
 
Meso for legs day went swimmingly, lots of energy and focus.
Did like 10 sets of squats, first the wife and I went up the pyramid (higher weight-lower reps) and then done the pyramid (lower weight higher reps...

I did 6 sets of 8-12 on leg extensions.

Then 5 sets of high angle leg press around the 580# mark, 12 reps a set.

Diet still sucks but I'm hoping to correct that by Monday at the latest lol

Not huge on quad shots but I felt the separation looked good, so here's a photo.

I'm at work but I can sneak in a quick update.
Wife and I did a morning back day together...dosed Mesomorph as I was eating my breakfast burritos, had a quick pre workout poo and then hit back from every angle.

Wife is making mad strength gains too..she even yelled at me for losing proper form on 200# low cable rows, I love the little meathead she is turning into...

Strength felt great today but I also ate like **** all week so had extra sugar laying around in the system to call upon.

Going to resume cut today, no much else to report. Well doctor appointment tomorrow so I'll let you all know how that goes when the time comes. Hope everyone's Monday isn't a total suck fest so far.

Hey guys I'll try to provide an update after I speak with the doc...wife and I were out costume shopping...I'm a happy husband because she totally fits the small size slutty outfits lol I'll be sure to post us in costume....today is chest but I won't be taking meso because I'm hitting it late. Sleep has been fantastic lately...I love fall...nothing like bundling up all warm and going into a deep sleep. Summer I sweat my ass off and can't sleep for ****.

Well that's all for now. Body fat is sitting around the low teens if I had to guess so trying to finish out October strong...
