After 10 minutes of watching "the Thief" flail on the stepper he finally burst into flames from my heat vision. It was quite a site, I subtly moved a stationary bike within 3" of the stepmill so as soon as he got off that damn thing I could jump on it.

Today is chest killer workout, with 30 minutes stepper and then 2 soccer games about 2 hours after gym session. All while trying to keep calories within 1.5k.

Arnold take the wheel...

Last 2 workouts I've had to fly solo due to schedules not meshing with the wife...

Monday was back and I had a photo I snapped but I forgot to make my self a copy...whoops.

Both days had 1 scoop Meso 40-50 minutes pre workout (co-workers taking their sweet ass time to spring me loose)

OK so before anyone tells me I suck...I did not scoop Mesomorph yesterday, sleep has been ****, so I took Catalyst before my workout last night as the stim is a little less intense. Still loving meso though but giving it a day off.

Calories for the week average around 2,000 I need to stop having cheats and get serious but with Sparta's 3 week push back on my bulking cycles I have a bit more time to cut; doesn't mean I cried any less when I found out about the wait being pushed back :(

Lol something like that, I'm just glad the dumbbells didnt slip put of my hands and smash my skull open.

That would bite!! I know what it looks like when a 110lb Dumbell falls off a bench and lands on a dudes big toe, direct hit, on the edge of one end of the weight. Nasty

I had that happen years ago. Turned purple and the toe nail came off. Sucks lol.
