OK so before anyone tells me I suck...I did not scoop Mesomorph yesterday, sleep has been ****, so I took Catalyst before my workout last night as the stim is a little less intense. Still loving meso though but giving it a day off.
Calories for the week average around 2,000 I need to stop having cheats and get serious but with Sparta's 3 week push back on my bulking cycles I have a bit more time to cut; doesn't mean I cried any less when I found out about the wait being pushed back![]()
