By the way man - I don't know how to read your numbers... I'm thinking for front squat you did 3 sets of 6 at 205... then what is the 402?
 
Not going to push my luck as far as liver health goes.

I'm going to finish out the cycle with the new X-Mass (just a "tren" clone) instead of Winstrol.
 
That is not really a "factual" statement. It depends on the person.

I understand that. But from what Ive seen most people don't have estro issues with prop. But yes, as with anything, everyone reacts differently. So it is a person to person basis. I guess I should have said "an AI usually isn't necessary with prop".

  • Weighted Hanging Leg Raises - 3 sets of 8-15 @ BW+40

Weighed in at a little below 175 this morning. I've been hanging around there the past few days. Felt great in the gym today, it was, a gooood day :)
 
Now that I've upped my cals, I've gained a little chub around my midsection, and haven't seen much as far as increased muscle gains go..

If it were me i would leave them. It is likely more bloat/water then fat. Make the best of your cycle.

Oh what a great great workout it was today.. Hells yeah!

  • BB Bench - 3x8 @ 195, 185, 185 | 402
  • DB Incline - 2x8 @ 45s | 602
  • CG Bench - 3x8 @ 135, 125, 125 | 402
  • Lat Raises - 3 sets of whatever I could muster, burned like a biatch
  • Lying DB 1-Arm French Press - 3 sets of 6-8, 25s | 402
  • Rope Pushdowns - 3x8 @ 80, 70, 70 | 502
  • Ab work on cables
 
Basically the following,
1-10/12: Test P 100mg EOD
1-4: 400mg 1-Androsterone ED
5-6: 500mg 1-Androsterone ED
7-10/12: 50mg Winstrol ED

Some reading I've been doing in Anabolics '06..

and yeah man, I can handle the prop. Not sure if I'll go the full 12 weeks though, might stop at 8, might stop at 10.. as long as I continue to gain, 12 weeks it is.

How are you gonna tell what is doing what? y add a weak prohormone or dhea to real gear? and if you recommend the product who in their right mind will listen to you! whatever seems retarded to me

I think I see what your attempting to convey here, but you could have said all that differently and not sounded like such a $hit stick. This is OZ's cycle log, if you have a question or advice for him Im sure he would have been more than happy to hear it, but when you come at someone like that your not going to get anywhere.:bandit:

Might have overreacted.. I think it was just a bit of extra water retention the other day..

anyway, I'm at 177 this morning, and water retention seems to have dissipated; my abs are just as defined :D

Took a scoop of Jack3d before this, was grrrreat. Blew through all my sets with plenty of energy.

Went camping this weekend.. lots of rock climbing and hiking.. prob 15 miles at least yesterday.. whooped my ass!

Now, after this weekend, I'm sitting at 178ish.. lean as ever.. which is amazing.. that's about 10 pounds (probably lean) gained thus far :D

I gotta get me some test!, good thing a buddy of mine in the military has a virtual treasure chest of gear, guy knows his stuff in and out. When Im ready Im in for sure. You name it, he's got it.
 
Great day in the gym today.. Won't go into too much detail, but....

hit 275 on bb bench today like it was nothing.. Probably could've gotten 285 pretty easily. 300, here I freaking come!
