Oh yeah!!
Wave loading.. is badass to the max. It is an absolutely phenomenal (in my experience) method for increasing strength. Basically, you start with 3 reps at a weight you can only complete 3 times, increase weight and do 2 reps, increase weight and do 1 rep. Now, you go back to 3 reps, but you use the weight that you did previously for 2 reps.. then go to 2 reps with what you did for 1 rep last time, then increase weight and do 1 rep. The goal is to complete 2 waves, but not more than 4. Basically, it's a way of priming your CNS so you can lift progressively heavier loads for the same number of reps.. Like I said before, it is GREAT for gaining maximal strength.
hmm sounds interesting... so for example
if i could bench 255 3 times it would be like
255 x 3, 260 x 2, 265 x 1
260 x 3, 265 x 2, 270 x 1
and increase for up to 4 waves? Do you do the reps like a superset, one after one for each wave so 321 rest 321 rest. Or so you do 3 rest 2 rest 1 rest and then the next wave

Just scrolled back a bit. You look pretty freakin yoked here man. Nice development in your chest - particularly with the separation... Leaned out nicely - particularly in lower abdomen...

2800-3200 for the last 2-3 weeks. But yeah, I think it's pretty damn cool.

After cramping alll freakin' day after my workout.. I decided tonight it was time for a cheat meal.. I've been skimping on the calories since Monday, attempting to cut down that last bit of lower abdominal fat.. Anyway..

It really ain't that bad man.. Once you get into it, it's second nature. Plus, it forces you to come up with some sweet-ass healthy recipes, which is awesome, and delicious.wish i had the balls to do a cutting diet. ive just trained myself to love food too much over the years....every meal would be a cheat meal...![]()

I'm a little in the dumps guys.. Found out today from my last ex that I gave her HPV.. Fukc.. Did NOT even know I was a carrier.
Anyway, this has got me down... as I stated above.. shiiiiit.
my ex thinks i gave it to her too, but honestly i think she gave it to me because none of my other ex's mentioned it....but who knows. but these days like 90% of ppl have it and have no idea, so dont feel too down about it.

Something like 1% of guys that have it will develop genital warts.. Chances are obviously pretty damn slim. The deal with girlies is that it can lead to abnormal ovarian cell growth, can become cancerous, but if it's monitored regularly for any malignancy, serious issues can usually be avoided.What are the risk associated with this. My friend has it but I tought it was more directed to women.
