AMS made my fu*king day: half-sponsored log :)

Strength: Lower Body
  • Back Squat - 321 Wave Loading, 2 Waves, ended up with 385x1 on my second wave.. Got it too easy, but for safety's sake, didn't attempt another wave.
  • Standing Calves - 3x10-15 @ 80 | 221
Doesn't look like a lot, but wave loading is just fukcing grueling as far as my CNS is concerned. Plus, back squat is going to hit most all of my lower-body muscle groups. Overall, workout took about 40 minutes.

Weight:
  • 184 pounds as of this morning! Started at 168 :D

Oh yeah!!

Wave loading.. is badass to the max. It is an absolutely phenomenal (in my experience) method for increasing strength. Basically, you start with 3 reps at a weight you can only complete 3 times, increase weight and do 2 reps, increase weight and do 1 rep. Now, you go back to 3 reps, but you use the weight that you did previously for 2 reps.. then go to 2 reps with what you did for 1 rep last time, then increase weight and do 1 rep. The goal is to complete 2 waves, but not more than 4. Basically, it's a way of priming your CNS so you can lift progressively heavier loads for the same number of reps.. Like I said before, it is GREAT for gaining maximal strength.

if i could bench 255 3 times it would be like

255 x 3, 260 x 2, 265 x 1

and increase for up to 4 waves? Do you do the reps like a superset, one after one for each wave so 321 rest 321 rest. Or so you do 3 rest 2 rest 1 rest and then the next wave

You've got the idea man. You rest between each set, so, 3 rest, 2 rest, 1 rest, 3 rest, 2 rest, 1 rest.. Rest periods go from 2-5 minutes to ensure that you can lift maximal weight.
 
Saw a girl the other day that I hadn't seen in awhile.. It was a great experience for me.. haha.. She told me at least 5 times how jacked I looked.. the tone of her voice, the look on her face, priceless.. She was pretty damn impressed, to say the least..

and so my self esteem is doing pretty good :D

Just scrolled back a bit. You look pretty freakin yoked here man. Nice development in your chest - particularly with the separation... Leaned out nicely - particularly in lower abdomen...

You've put on 20 pounds with 2800 calories a day? That's amazing man.

2800-3200 for the last 2-3 weeks. But yeah, I think it's pretty damn cool.

And thanks!! Those pics were before the ~20 pound gain.. So.. can't wait to post up some new pics :D
 
Strength: Back/Biceps
  • Weighted Chins - 5x5 @ BW+45, down to 25 by final set | 20X
  • BB Rows - 5x5 @ 115 (first time seriously incorporating these into a workout, hence the low-ish weight) | 20X
  • BB Curls - 5x5 @ 90, down to 80 for last 2 sets | 20X
  • Cable Upward Trunk Rotations - 2x8 each side @ 60lbs
Felt great, reasonably strong.. Lats felt HUGE.

Post-Workout Nutrition
  • 2 scoops ATW PB CUP
  • 1.5 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 NOW Super Enzymes
 
After cramping alll freakin' day after my workout.. I decided tonight it was time for a cheat meal.. I've been skimping on the calories since Monday, attempting to cut down that last bit of lower abdominal fat.. Anyway..

1 Can of black beans
Sharp Cheddar and Jalapeno Sauce (homemade by me, ladies :))
Sausage!!

wish i had the balls to do a cutting diet. ive just trained myself to love food too much over the years....every meal would be a cheat meal... :D

It really ain't that bad man.. Once you get into it, it's second nature. Plus, it forces you to come up with some sweet-ass healthy recipes, which is awesome, and delicious.

Sooo apparently this is what's up..

Pinched nerve in my right shoulder/upper-arm somewhere.. and some sort of muscle strain/cramp in my neck all the way down to my abdomen directly below my left pec; super sharp and annoying pain when I breathe in..

Both of them hurt, the left side more so that the nerve problem on the right side.. I'm assuming this is due to the recent muscle I've put on. I took the day off from the gym to try and get a bit of rest. Things are feeling better tonight, hopefully they stay that way.

Great workout. Productive, increasing weights, etc... All good things. Feeling much better today as well.. yeah :D
 
PS Mofos.. I've got about 4-6 weeks left.. This test prop is lasting a lot longer than I expected.. So, I'm going to be sitting pretty on some test for the next month or so.. and then finish out the cycle with a 3 weeker of a Superdrol clone, probably Genera Supps S-Roid.

I'm a little in the dumps guys.. Found out today from my last ex that I gave her HPV.. Fukc.. Did NOT even know I was a carrier.

Anyway, this has got me down... as I stated above.. shiiiiit.

my ex thinks i gave it to her too, but honestly i think she gave it to me because none of my other ex's mentioned it....but who knows. but these days like 90% of ppl have it and have no idea, so dont feel too down about it.

Something like 1% of guys that have it will develop genital warts.. Chances are obviously pretty damn slim. The deal with girlies is that it can lead to abnormal ovarian cell growth, can become cancerous, but if it's monitored regularly for any malignancy, serious issues can usually be avoided.

If i am correct it is only certain types that cause the warts correct? If so you need to find out which kind you have. i have also heard that alot of them your body just gets rid of. I think i read somewhere that like 70% of adults get it at some point in there life and your body just fights it and destroys it.
 
Had quite the interesting night tonight.. I still have yet to get to sleep, haha. It was great though, on so many levels. Had a make-shift cheat meal too..

1 Pita Wrap w/ grilled chicken and veggies, and ranch
1 Hoagie w/ roast beef and muenster cheese
1/2 cup steel cut oats, 2 scoops protein, milk, stirred, w/ peanut butter :D

My cheat meals are not so glamorous.. haha, oh well.
