Back/Biceps Strength:
Nothing too special to report. I wound up getting to the gym nowhere near my normal time, which threw me off pretty bad. Just wasn't feeling it when I was in there.. I got some good work in though, kind of had some fun with it, which was a nice little change of pace. Meh, idk.
Weight & Body Comp:
~ 184 pounds
BF ~ 10%, maybe less
Nothing amazing to report, really.
FYI Dudes:
Got 4-5 weeks left. Adding in Superdrol come Sunday. 10mg/day for the first week or so, then up to 20mg if I don't see some nice changes. All together, 4 weeks on SD to try and finish this cycle as strong and ripped as possible.
Had a very nice round of R and R last night.

Great workout, feeling great. Yeah, nice week. Headed home this weekend for my sister's wedding, hooray. I'll have to find a gym back home to hit up for a couple days..

Overall strength increase? Well, I was at 270, so, 35 pound increase on bench alone.. Squat was approx. 365, now at 405.. pretty solid increases on both..
As far as my body goes.. Started at 168 pounds at 9% bf.. I'm now 188 pounds at 10%.

If they seem light, it's because I'm a major stickler for proper form and a specific tempo.. 4 seconds eccentric mainly, reduces the weight I can use by quite a bit, and hurts like a b*tch.
