Don't forget to taper the Nolva. It binds to the estrogen, doesn't lower it. Slow taper allows smaller particles to return to the homeostasis the body needs. High dose + cessation = Bad rebound.
 
Are you running an AI right now as well Rob?
 
Excellent points by both Mr. BigPR and AZ.

Lower/taper that Nolva Rob. And I wouldn't stay on it for too long either.
And I would recommend a low dose AI into the mix as well. I would take a VERY low dose of that Letro with the Nolva protocol. Cover all the bases.

Sorry I’ve been MIA…I’m heading back to Asia this weekend and things in life are just out of hand!

I’ve been keeping the nolva going at 40mg for almost 2 weeks now and the pain is gone and the majority of the mass has disappeared. But the last couple days I’ve noticed discomfort when pressure is applied to my nipple…I noticed this last night when a girl came over to watch a movie and she was laying with her head on my chest. if I apply pressure with my fingers I can still feel the mass and I can tell the right side of my chest is more "puffy" than the left side when I look in the mirror.

Things are still SO MUCH BETTER than they were, but I’m still a little concerned about this. Since I’m leaving for China again on Sunday I’m going to have to deal with transporting SERMS/Letro. I’ll be gone for roughly two weeks, I was thinking that I’d just bite the bullet and run the letro while I’m gone and then run 6-oxo and 20/10 of nolva when I return.

what ya guys think?

I ran L-dopa until a few days before I left for china. I get it in bulk form and didn't want to deal with explaining that to customs.

isn't it ironic that most of the supplements we take are sourced from china yet its impossible to find for sale there?

l-dopa should help keep gyno away (while on cycle). useful for first week of PCT in case delayed gyno happens. not useful for getting rid of existing gyno however.

bleh. i wish you the best in resolving this issue.

things are ok, the Letro is no fun though! good thing I'm working a lot and I don't have time to go out...libido is GONE! also, this is the first product I've taken that has caused shedding, gyno better be gone in another week!

I'm trying to figure out what AI to use...I was planning on running 6-oxo, but I didn't realize it was getting banned :( I went to order it today so that it would be at my house when I got back from my business trip...can't find it anywhere!

anyone have any good rec's on what AI I should use after I wrap up with the letro?

Formestane is probably the nicest one. 6bromo is available, as is ATD.

Formestane and ATD are going bye-bye as did the 6-OXO (Trione). :sigh1:

At least the 6-Bromo seems to be hanging on..........for now.
 
can't believe I missed to bulk trione at 5g for $15. I would have bought like 10 containers of it if I'd realized it was going bye bye!!!!!

I guess I'll have to stock up on form before it's gone...I don't get along with ATD too well.

What was your experience with ATD? (Dosing specifically)

I think its an AI that is just dosed waaay to high. I love using a low dose of the stuff.

I used it during a pct at 50/25 and it just killed my libido more...I didn't like the way I felt while I was taking it.

I might give it a go again...while I can get it.

for some reason I just decided to check out NP right now and I found out that they have trione in stock and at clearance prices...ordered ten 5g containers of bulk trione at $10 each! that should be enough to keep me going for a little while :D

I also ordered some formex from IBE (better to have pill form when I travel). this will also give me the opportunity to compare form to 6-oxo.

This seriously made my day, I should have my order when I return from China this weekend!

It's good either way big Silver. I've run it mostly for PCT's in the past. But I have put together natty cycles with stuff like Tribulus, Long Jack, Avena Sativa, Horny Goat Weed (Icariin), DHEA, and then use the Trione in a transdermal carrier to keep estro on the low-low.
But even totally by itself, Trione in a transdermal carrier at 150 mg. morning and another 150 mg. in the evening would make you a very nice cycle. When the body recognizes its estrogen levels dropping, it automatically increases testosterone production in an effort to achieve homeostasis (balance). So test goes up (along with DHT, which I love) and estro stays low.
It's a "win-win" scenario!!

Yep its good stuff solo as well.
I personally love AI's at a low dose. I tend to store fat in the chest and lower abdomen so if Polquins biosignature modulation theories have any credibility then an AI really can help me in these areas. Low dose of course.
