I do the one standing n front of the cables with a bar and bend over and pull down towards the hips. It really burns the lats.

I also put Nolva tabs into an allergy bottle before when I went to Singapore... Worked out fine.
I remember mullets post about this...I might have to bust this out over the weekend!

knee is still isn't feeling right...hence, no squats.
don't know if it was switching up my pre workout shake that made me sick tonight. my typical shake has been whey, BA, and Creatine Mono. last night I switched to Xtend, BA, creatine, and taurine.

I can really tell that I've put on some size! when I came back from China all my shirts were really loose, now some of them are too tight! I weighed myself in yesterday at 193...that's a gain of 6 pounds in 2 weeks! my arms are def harder than they've been in a long time, and traps are finally starting to pop up a little bit.
haven't noticed any testicular atrophy yet, and libido isn't great....but it's not that bad either.
Rage: haven't noticed any rage yet...I'm hoping this next week brings a little more aggression![]()
well, I got what I asked for!
played in my league tonight; it's a social league and I normally laugh everything off...I caught myself getting a little too intense tonight! I really had to throttle back on the aggression, and that's not my personality. hopefully this rage will ignite in tomorrows chest workout though :saevil::fingersx:
