I was in huge rush at the gym today...volume was low, but I'm glad my strength is really starting to go up. I went up in weight for every exercise over my last chestworkout.

Notes:
I felt bullet proof tonight! I can really say that I was in the zone and my mental focus and training intensity was through the roof! I felt pumped and my energy level was still high when I left the gym...if they hadn't closed then I would have continued working out!

libido has def been up and down...started taking the dermacrine a few days ago when I felt my libido start to drop off and I think it's helping. had a date last night and I took 1g of 50% icariin earlier in the evenning...that made a HUGE difference! I'm so glad I ordered some of the bulk icariin while it was in stock!
 
forgot to mention; weight was 192 today (+5lbs in 11days)

tried 365 a couple times, but wasn't able to pull it up after coming down with it...then I pulled 315 off the ground and squeezed 3 or 4 reps out.

close grip lat pulldown:

HS Isolateral Low Row
70x12 (weight on each side)

can't remember what this exercise is called...standing in front of the lat pulldown machine, you hold the bar out in front of you with your arms straight out and push the bar down towards your hips.

felt great today! want to thank G for coming down here to hit the iron with me...added in some exercises I normally don't do and pushed me to attempt some weights I might now have gone for on my own.

didn't write down my numbers like usual, I'm recording my exercises based off of memory...think this is all correct though.

I gotta give GMG some props...this guy has put on some serious mass since last summer!

also, my business trip has been pushed a few days...instead of leaving on wed next week I'll be leaving on Sat...gives me 3 extra days of training/cycle before I leave :D

wonder how hard it will be getting my SERM through customs???
 
Sounds like the stacks going good man, 5 lbs in 11 days is great.

yeah man, I'm happy with how well this is going so far...I gotta hit the scale tonight to see how things are looking.

I've been eating like crazy in an attempt to get my size and strength back, but now I wish I had focused more on leaning up a little...might cut the carbs back this next week to see if the tren can lean me down a bit.

If I were you, I'd take the Mullet's advice and melt that into some dark chocolate. He's posted about it several times.

I also put Nolva tabs into an allergy bottle before when I went to Singapore... Worked out fine.

knee is still bothering me a bit, but I'm going to see what kind of leg workout I can pull off today. (no squats though)

got my Xtend and bulk AAKG today from NP...switched up my normal preworkout drink and used 3 scoups Xtend, 3g AAKG, and 3g of beta alanine. got through most of my workout and then I lost all my energy and got sick to my stomach.

right now I'm trying to force myself to drink my post workout Torrent...stomach just doesn't want it though.

any thoughts?

I weighed myself in yesterday at 193...that's a gain of 6 pounds in 2 weeks! my arms are def harder than they've been in a long time, and traps are finally starting to pop up a little bit.

haven't noticed any testicular atrophy yet, and libido isn't great....but it's not that bad either.

Rage: haven't noticed any rage yet...I'm hoping this next week brings a little more aggression :)

Could be the BA giving your stomach some grief.
 
that's what TL mentioned to me too...I just thought it was weird because I've never had stomach issues with CM or BA before.
 
well, I got what I asked for!

played in my league tonight; it's a social league and I normally laugh everything off...I caught myself getting a little too intense tonight! I really had to throttle back on the aggression, and that's not my personality. hopefully this rage will ignite in tomorrows chest workout though :saevil::fingersx:
