I think 21 days, but I want to know how much has you lost?

it has been 20 days and im down 9 lbs (and this was with plyometrics 3x a week and and ab ripper x the other 3 days but i will start adding cardio to ab ripper x days)
with little muscle loss, strength has dipped a lil but nothing like prior cuts

Oh sorry man I though you were asking how long had he been on Alpha so I said 21 but the correct answer was 20. But then I was wondering how much he had lost. Its like almost 12 here and I have no sense of grammar or spelling at the moment. Sorry about that.

im gonna keep the carbs comming in and im outting bad foods like normally i dont care about bad carbs but since im doing a sponsored log now i want to be cut, but i also wanna set new pr's so instead of spending the next 30 days in decision between the two im just gonna eat clean and try my hardest to get cut but not loose any muscle,
im doing 4 meals a day ( not counting protein shakes in there nor snacks )
not counting calories or fat intake i wanna keep that a mystery to my self and see how it works.
im curious to see what alphas got in store for me also, how many days are you running yours ? whats your dosing schedule like ?

im doing 2 caps before breakfast and 1 before lunch but today i forgot the one before lunch so im gonna take 2 before bfast and 2 before lunch.

My carbs is at 150 now but today I had a cheat meal and I'm kinda worry cause last week I had one cheat meal and my weight went up 3lbs. But I think after day 20 I might cut it to 90g of carbs a day. This is ganna suck balls. I can't wait to bulk!

P.S. My diet started as 260g of protein, 150g of carbs, and 90g of fat. But I cut down the protein to 230 now and I'm going to cut a 27g of my carbs next and then idk how many of my fat. Rinse and repeat.

is this for your tt33 and OEP log?
it does suck im only at about 40 g of carbs or maybe even less
protein is about 220 and fat is about 75 g

Dont be such a nancy, It's just water and glycogen. It's not pissible to gain 3lbs of fat from 1 cheat meal if diet's been solid. Hell I gained like 8lbs from a carb load weekend. In the 2 weeks following I lost like 12lbs. Hope that help'd ease your mind about the cheat meal bc I wont be thinking twice when i pig out this evening :D

It did make me feel better!!!! What made me feel the best was that this morning I weight myself and I was at 186lbs. I was soooooooo fukking happy! I kinda feel bad when I don't lose weight when I go on diets cause I feel like I've wasted all this money on supplements and got nothing out of it :( I can maintain the weight but it's hard for me to lose it. I post everything I eat on my log cause I want to be a good logger so I can get sponsored supplements :D

Todays plyos was awesome those carbs def made a diff in my workout especially since i took them about 2 hours before my plyos. so guys check this out new PR on squat jumps i did 30 squat jumps in 30 secs thats a squat jump a sec i was really happy about that also on jump knee tucks i did 27 in 30 secs which i was really proud of especially since i hate those.

Oh I was going through your log again :D and I saw I didn't respond to your question. Sorry about that! Yeah that's for my TT-33 and OEP log. As of today I've lost 1.1% bodyfat :aargh4: and I'm kinda down now cause I got a lot more to go. The other thing that kinda brought me down was that at the beginning of my diet(before the supplements) I had made a mistake on my diet and I lost 1/2" on my arms that took me forever to gain. So if this doesn't go my way I'm still going to bulk but I'm going to buy some slin mimic products and Dermatherm and focus on specific parts of body and slowly go from there.
I started at 215lbs and went to 205lbs and by the time I got my diet supplements I was at 195lbs. So I lost 20lbs by myslef. I should of put that in my log:damnit1:

Great idea! 2 years ago i skimm'd on the fat and carbs and got real small. I always have to keep protein high 275gr+ and fats at least at 50gr+ when carbs drop below 100.

The more I read our logs roch, I think you and I may have similar bodytypes/metabolism's.

yeah i made that mistake too when i did my first cut i got so small people were calling me skinny then i got mad and starting eating like crazy

okay guys im down another couple lbs im down to 210 lbs i was 211-212 now im 210 lbs this upcoming week is gonna be brutal im gonna up my cardio a lot and still keep hitting ab ripper x and plyos and ill just add cardio after ab ripper x workouts and ill just do plyos on the other days. now im doing this knowing i might loose some muscle but thats why im gonna try and fight it by uppin fat a lot

Workout
Alright so me and my buddy were supposed to workout today but he b1tched out again and it sucked too cuz i had taken my hemavol and white flood. so i couldnt let them go to waste so i did my usual ab ripper xand did some bicep workout with bands and actually gota a good pump bot bicep and ab wise but i had some extra energy so i decided to go to the park and do some cardio which went great too i did about a mile and a half. Sweating was crazy cuz it as so hot and it was after ab ripper x so i got calf and quad pumps from the hemavol and had to stop.

i would train alone but i dont have gym memebership and workout with my buddies weights
Hemavol is good stuff i got 4 bottles ive only used 20 caps and have loved it both times

Workout
Plyometrics sucked today straight up guys. Not my best workout i think it was the cayenne it sat in my stomach and i was gonna throw up half way thourgh plyos but i toughened it out and finished my workout but man it made me feel like breakfast was half way up and it just flat out sucked. But i eventually got over it and decided i wasnt gonna let it end like this so i when i felt good i went to the park and did wind sprints. i was doing 120 wind sprints i did 16 total. i ran them under 30 secs and gave myself 30 secs of rest and then went again at the end(last 4) i did non stop so it was a 240 sprint(for 45 secs and 45 sec rest) so i went down and back in 45 secs and 45 sec rest then after that i ran a cool down lap (1/4) of a mile.

Workout
Aight guys we're getting close to the end so im gonna push even harder these days. Todays ab ripper x was pretty good got awesome pumps on abs (from anadraulic pump) and after ab ripper x i did like 15 reps of the ab roller machine (the thing with the wheels) then after that went to the park and ran a 1 mile and a half but had to stop cuz again the dam pumps were holding me back. energy was kinda low though.

Alright guys idk whats wrong with me cuz i haven't made much progress in terms of on the scale im still basically the same weight maybe im 1lb lighter but not by much. i dont know what it is i mean i think my diet looks pretty good ive training hard that hasn't changed i think i might have dropped weight too fast in the beginning. Or maybe im plateauing because i have been cutting for about 3 months now maybe that's it idk im gonna see how these last few days go.
