yeah i did pretty god on squat jumps hit new PR in 30 secs hitting 25 and 24 reps and then i was dead tired. and then juice slowly ran out during workout. lol. then later i went and did about 13 120 yard sprints i was dead after that.

pretty good man it always gives me a thermo effect and as for targeted fat loss i think its true lower mid section a lot smaller and my whole mid section is a lot more ripped and weight is dropingits the diet that is killing me sometimes i just feel like bulking again.lol. i hate cutting
yeah and i was cutting for a month and a half prior to this so extending it for another month is kinda getting to me.Yea I get the same way about 3-4 weeks into almost every cut i've done the past few years, this time I decided to stick with it. It's about an every 2 year occurance I actually stick to it lol.
Im really looking forward to taking advantage of the rebound phase this time though and make some huge gains. Thats awesome on the fat-loss, that could really come in hand for somone like myself who has the hardest time with mid-section fat.

lol, yea it's going to be interesting when I get back to school and see all my buddy's and what they have to say. When they last saw me I was about 220 and like you, looked diesel in a t-shirt but didn't need a belt with my 34" wasit pants. Now I'll be about 180 when i see them all, i think im just gonna be shirtless for 2 weeks straight so they can't compare.
My teamate/workout partner is gonna rip me hard. He's one of those genetic freaks. Eats candy like its going out of style and is 5'9", 205lbs and 7% bodyfat year round, strong as an ox too. Only thing I had on him was my leg size squat and deadlift. Haven't done squats or dead lifts in 6 months and have lost over 3" from my legs....he's gonna be ruthless.
