Workout
i do believe this was thursday and on that day i did plyometrics late at night after i came home from football practice. i was dead tired that day so i decided to do only the jumps and sounds like it made it easier right? WRONG!!! that was the intention but man i dont think i thought it out all the way through cuz usually during plyos i recuoperate on the last exercise of each round mainly cuz they are easier but when i took them out it was crazy i was jumping for like 40 mins straight. i felt like isht but i toughened it out and managed to complete it. as for weight training i did bench and ssquats you know with some ladders, tires etc numbers still the same not droping much or going up.

today i only did ab ripper x cuz i was crazy sore from everywhere i was hurting all over doesnt feel good so i decided to up my carbs up a bit. actually i didnt decide it was just kinda given to me. but still had a good workout im telling you guys ab ripper x is doing wonders for me in terms of mid section my mid sec is crazy ripped and looks very dry.

i started this AT2 wit ha neutral mind i was not gonna give it the benefit of the doubt and man oh man im a believer. honestly this stuff rocks. also as far as localized fat burning i think its working my mid section is way more ripped i mean a fool can tell the difference, i am so confident with my physic right chicks check me out every know and then :D. im glad i still have 16 days left.

Workout​
Plyometrics today it went well not great but not bad either although i did set a PR on rock star hops big time i was able to hit like 14 today. but i dk energy was kinda low even right now im lagging im just kinda tired today.
Diet
well im gonna make today my cheat since my bro invited me to his house and some family mostly guys they were grilling oysters and some and cooked up some pork to make tacos. i tried to keep it low on the carbs so i ate mostly oyster (do they have carbs?) i ate like 10 oysters in a 6 hour span (3-9 o clock) and on top of that 2 tacos of pork. i didnt drink any beer although they were giving me sh1t for a while you know how mexicans are, if you aint drinking your a wuss. but they stopped after a while and started giving me brotha in law sh1t cuz he was throwing up (he was eff uped). but for breakfast had 3 eggs, leftover chorizo, 2 chicken nuggets, and 3 tater tots, then i had a snack with celery sticks with PB then i left to the party/reunion. and for a late night snack i took half a scoop of nutrapro with 6 oz of milk i am drinking right now. so that is basicly my diet today.

Tommorow im just gonna chill maybe go out with home boys just chill maybe play some ball nothin crazy

Workout
Today i did ab ripper x and that was it although it was great i feel a lil guilty for not doing more. but nonetheless it was freaking awesome workout for abs, i took anadraulic pump 15 mins before and it gave me ab pumps they felt so freaking good "it was like im cumming day and night"~Arnold. immediately after workout i went to the mirror and check myself out they look freaking huge they looked like bricks. it was pretty awesome.

Day 18
Workout
todays workout was lagging i had a terrible crash but despite that i pushed my self to my limits. endurance was down, although i would hit some awesome numbers on a certain workout for example squat jumps then the following workout would suffer i just ran out of juice realy quickly today maybe it was the lack of carbs this morning as i had under 10 g of carbs for breakfast. so todays workout had some highs and lows. at the end instead of stretching i felt like going to sleep i was that tired although sweating was better than good as sweat was all the way down to my belly button(shirt).

yeah i did pretty god on squat jumps hit new PR in 30 secs hitting 25 and 24 reps and then i was dead tired. and then juice slowly ran out during workout. lol. then later i went and did about 13 120 yard sprints i was dead after that.

Workout
Today i did ab ripper x and im getting better by the day. i am improving a lot reps keep going up but im still pushing my limits and getting a good workout. before workout i took 1 scoop of anadraulic pump with 3 grams of fish oils and 2 grams of vitamin c and again i got ab pumps that felt awesome and i love checking myself out post workout cuz i look so ripped up its awesome.

Also i would like to add that i am very sore from my but and hamstrings, yesterday i planned on going running today but man not cool my legs were fried big time thats why i didnt go running today.

pretty good man it always gives me a thermo effect and as for targeted fat loss i think its true lower mid section a lot smaller and my whole mid section is a lot more ripped and weight is dropingits the diet that is killing me sometimes i just feel like bulking again.lol. i hate cutting

Yea I get the same way about 3-4 weeks into almost every cut i've done the past few years, this time I decided to stick with it. It's about an every 2 year occurance I actually stick to it lol.

Im really looking forward to taking advantage of the rebound phase this time though and make some huge gains. Thats awesome on the fat-loss, that could really come in hand for somone like myself who has the hardest time with mid-section fat.

lol, yea it's going to be interesting when I get back to school and see all my buddy's and what they have to say. When they last saw me I was about 220 and like you, looked diesel in a t-shirt but didn't need a belt with my 34" wasit pants. Now I'll be about 180 when i see them all, i think im just gonna be shirtless for 2 weeks straight so they can't compare.

My teamate/workout partner is gonna rip me hard. He's one of those genetic freaks. Eats candy like its going out of style and is 5'9", 205lbs and 7% bodyfat year round, strong as an oxe too. Only thing I had on him was my leg size squat and deadlift. Haven't done squats or dead lifts in 6 months and have lost over 3" from my legs....he's gonna be ruthless.

lol. yeah cant wait to see what how chicks react to me and how much i get ripped on i too have one of those genetic freaks and he eats like 8 meals(huge meals) a day and barely puts on a couple of lbs. i mean this guy can munch and he never cuts and if he eats 6 meals he will start loosing weight. kinda crazy. he eats fast food like crazy. and he is prolly 12% bf and he NEVER cuts or even so much as go running. and this guy has never used a supplement not even protein. but hey i got a superdrol cycle coming up so that should get me some weight and get me huge again.

Alright guys today i hit plyos again and todays workout went awesome but my sore legs were holding me back a lil from 2 days ago. My legs werent terribly sore but they were a lil sore. Even besides the fact still had an awesome workout, notables were 17 reps in 15 secs of rockstar hops, 30 reps on 180 squat jump pickups on both sets. but kinda suffered on squat reach jumps not a lot but they werent great numbers they were in the 20-23 i really wanted to hit 27 but didnt happen. also i got some hypertest(axis labs) awesome but thats for another time.

hahaha this stuff is awesome woke up and took of my shirt in the mirror and man do i look sexy. my lower mid section has been substantially today guys im gonna go do some cardio and ab ripper x

word up diggity dog. I am going to also. I used Gaspari Thyro-Tabs on a bulk a few yrs ago, 1/2 tab taken twice a day and I think it helped a lot to keep fat away. Now that I have abs, no one is taking them from me lol

Today i did ab ripper x then i went to the park and ran a mile wasnt to difficult but i was getting a good sweat going. legs felt strong during run, althoug my endurance was a bit off maybe all this short endurance training (plyos) is throwing me off. but got a good sweat both during ab ripper x and cardio. i did feel like a bould have done more and all this went down an hour and a 1/2 after breakfast.

Haha yesterday i took a trip to my home town and no one said anything when they looked at me they just kinda starred and smiled. i know they noticed cuz my family isnt afraid to tell me im fat (even if im not, even if i was all muscle to them im still fat) they just kinda starred it was kinda nice. also i like what AT2 is doing to my stomach i can def tell reduction in mid section i am very impressed with that.
