No not too much but don't think you need 4 scoops per day.

It's been done before, but you should probably stick with 3 :). It'll last longer that way as well.
 
I get more heat rashes while on alphamine, something I know that helps prevent it, are compression layer based clothing
 
I've created a monster. I talked my gf into ordering the VL/alphamine combo on nutra bc she keeps asking me for scoops whenever we go to the gym togtether. Now I get more vanillean and replenish of my missin scoops!

I almost cracked and interrupted my first break from Alphamine in 6 or 7 tubs with a serving this evening.

Thankfully I didn't have it on me and my friend ran out so my break is still staying strong. I am only a couple of weeks away from opening another tub with a relatively guilt free conscience.

Man I was really hoping to start my week with the VL/alphamine stack, ordered it late last Tuesday and it just now shipped today :-( hopefully ill get it in a couple days.

Bolt told me I was grumpy and asked if I had stopped taking Alphamine. That was a few days after I had stopped taking it.

No joke lol.

It would depend on your dose and personal sensitivity to stimulants.

It could definitely cause issues sleeping if you took it too late in the day.

It is just something I notice. While I don't get a huge energy surge like a lot of people, I do get a great euphoria and mood boost at a high enough dose. Alphamine is my nice person powder. ;)

If anyone wants to stalk Ben tho they should follow the PES twitter. I swear they post more about him than products. :rolleyes:

This isn't Alphamine related but I had a dream that Enhanced hit Nutra and the tub had this crazy fire pattern...there were also like 10 special stacks you could buy and when you clicked anything else in the store it burned up and said "you wanted Enhanced anyway didn't you?"

Crazy dream but I was still sad when I realized it wasn't out yet.

This IS alphamine related... Yesterday I did an insanely taxing lift consisting of 10 sets of 3 deads and 10 sets of 3 pull ups w a 45lb plate along with 12 sets accessory work... I finished workout and had time before class so I drank my alphamine and ten-15 minutes later had so much energy, I went back to the gym and busted out 20 minutes of hiit JUST BECAUSE. And I didn't want to stop but then I had class..

Wtf is in this stuff?! It wasn't even a planned cardio day. And the sweat was insane ! Love it.
 
Ran out of Alphamine today... pretty upset and I gotta wait a few weeks before I can buy another tub

I had a nightmare I ran out of alphamine once, it was terrible.

Nice little break then back on in a few weeks!
