I have run thru my first tub, and though given my erratic schedules I have not lost weight as such, as I would with OEP, but trainers and everyone have mentioned that I have gained LBM and a good bit of that. this has had a leaning effect on me substantially and it looks like the appetite suppression is a bit hit and miss for me personally.
Have loved Alpha-Vol or RL, my dislike for FP keeps growing.
I have run this with Erase and D-Pol. Also in the play is Inhibit P, after recos. from the SNS crew here I have taken it up to see how it helps me and I must say it has.
I am going to phase out some Erase and go full mental and put Alpha T2 for some belly fat loss now.
I do not have access to a gym, I travel with my gym which is Basically BodyLastics and if I am lucky a working elliptical at Hampton Inn :sad3:. And despite improved cardio response as most have stated in the thread, I think the biggest improvement for me has been the leaning effect. I would probably die trying to lift a 50lb DB, but now can hit 60s and 70s with ease when I am back at Lifetime on the weekends.
I was fatter before and I looked skinnier / thinner, I have now gone leaner, not lost weight or anything as such, but with just that, folks say I look bigger when I have actually dropped pant size from 33 to 31 and shirt size from L- to M, strange I know.

I just manage 3 to 3.5 scoops a day, with varying doses thru the day, and that has helped with hunger control.
