Well, you see, there is this giant wholesale store called Costco here in America. It has everything you would want, in bulk. And i believe what he is saying is that he is going to Costco for the first time. Comprendé?

There are only a couple in Australia.

Massive to say the least.

Spent 110 and we bought a whole week's worth of meat and veg. Cheap
 
Do all the shopping I can there, fridge is always stuffed because of my bulk buying. Omega eggs, egg whites, MRP shakes on occasion, kaizen whey isolate powders, greek yogurt, mass amounts of chicken breast, spices...

Always a huge bill when I go but when you look at it by price per serving you save a tonne.
 
I got top round steak for 10 per kg, chicken is expensive at 11 per kg.

My gf got 2kg premium lean beef mince for $16 and pure beef Kirkland sausages @2kg for $11.

Chicken is the real killer in Aus.
 
Rumour has it there will be a presence of the PES owner in Australia at some point in the future.

Which Australian is going to hook him up with kangaroo jerky? ;)

I recently bought 2 tubs of RL Alphamine. Is it normal for there to be small black pieces in the powder? They don't dissolve in water when I mix it up and they just float on top...

This is fine. It is beet root concentrate. It is actually a very, very dark purple. :)
 
I cracked finally. 1.5 scoops of RL today. Felt and tasted incredible!
 
I am on raspberry lemonade as well.

My fruit punch ran out so I have been forced to the dark side.

I always at least one open and one reserve (sealed) tub of Fruit Punch at all times to be prepared. ;)

My wife drinks FP, I drink RL. We both know not to cross that line.
 
I am sooooooo high on Alphamine right now!!! Nobody should have this much energy with 4 hours of sleep. :D

It's the number one thing on my list of things to have stockpiled in case of some kind of global crisis/disaster, right before water and food.

You call it rookie mistake... I call it smart call on an addicts part. Only way I can successfully break is to remove temptation. I just finished a completely successful break and by the time my tub gets here it will be perfect time to start. ;)
