Alpha TESTs Earths Darkside (first cycle log)

Normally I'm on my side but at a 45 degree angle leaning towards being on my stomach if that makes sense lol, but I have noticed if I roll over as soon as I'm on my back it gets worse
I dont know 100% about it but sleeping on the back can cause things like apnea or sleep paralysis which sucks

If you can't eat enough to gain the weight you want there are multiple ways to address that, but they all come back to getting more calories. Or just let your body do what it wants and enjoy it lol

Lol the eating isn't a problem , just frustrating eating every 2 hours and getting in 4600 cals and the weight doesn't move lol and my training partner is up 21 lbs so far -__- I can deal with it just b1tching lmao, when should I see it really kick in? And any suggestions with the breathing thing bro?

I tried that this week but nothing, I was told its in my head lmao problem is im up 12-13 lbs but I'm also not as lean as when I started and the weight I'm at now is my "average" weight so not too sure. Sleep is solid except when j wake up with the drowning feeling

In your head bro.. your eating sleeping and training right on gear.. we all saw your photos and you look fckin lean bro..

Your prob up 10lbs of LBM and have a lil extra water weight that's making ya feel less lean

Um, I'm not trying to freak you out or anything but, is your gear UGL or China or what? I've known a few people that got heavy metal poisoning from Chinese gear and developed pneumonitis. Which is exactly what your describing.... Heavy metals in their gear is more common than we'd all like. If you can bro, maybe get tested from your doc just to be sure.

I heard you had to get a breast pump cause the pressure was so outrageous and painful that ya had to "pump and dump..."

I think it's a good example of the perils of AAS use, which even with the right precautions, can go really bad really quickly...

Dbol causing lactation??? More likely raising estro in combination with an androgen that raises prolactin, such as Tren or some orals like halodrol and Msten. I've never heard of just dbol causing lactation ever.

Alpha I don't have any advice on what it should feel like other than 440 isn't really a huge amount of test for a blast (especially E or C, as the long ester means less actual test compares to Prop) and there's a reason 500 is considered a beginner cycle - gains are mild and it's easy to manage sides. It shouldn't be explosive, so don't hold your breath for tons of weight gain (your body will respond how it wants after all). Only advice I have on the breathing is to sleep on your stomach (much better for controlling apnea, which is proven to always increase on blast due to thickening of neck size) and consider the doctor if things get worse.

I wouldn't use the Trest this first run with test - it's asking for a lot to go right with the the methylestradiol. Just enjoy and experience the test this first run is what I'd do. If you are bent on it run it with the winny for some dht competition at least thought for sure. Just my thoughts since you asked!

I'll hold off on the Trest right now and depending on how I'm looking at week 8(when I start the winny) I'll decide on throwing it in or holding it

It wasn't crazy volume but keeping the weight heavy felt great and I haven't put 345 on the bar since I was fat alpha lol getting 315x5 after those first 2 heavy sets felt great too I got tired quick but enjoyed every part of the workout

I really did shock the sh!t out of myself today. Twice. The electric company didn't paint one of the electrical lines in the yard and I put in a metal fence. My luck really is bad enough that I put the last post right on top of one apparently. When I stretched out the fencing and touched that post, I got the shock of a lifetime. Invigorating....
