Thanks man, I just had some chipotle and I'm bout to blow up the bathroom so it was tough to flex the abs (or lack there of) lol but I did measure the gut this morning and I'm still at ~34.5 which is where j was a month ago when I started and 12 lbs ago so the weight gain has been good lol just my stubborn self doesn't see it

Today's workout was great, made it worth getting up at 4 am extremely tired and ready to blow my brains out lol I feel like that again now that I'm out but the workout made it worth it , had to turn the intensity up with some supersets and rest periods averaged 45 seconds got all of it done in 40 minutes

So I have a bottle of Trest and dermatrest at home and 5 weeks worth of winstrol
However my boy got about 4 bottles of bsl abNormal (50mg 19nor andro) that he's willing to give me for practically nothing . What would you fellas suggest add in the 19nor these last 8 weeks at 200mgs/day and winny the last 5 weeks of just ride out the next couple weeks test only and add in the Trest and winny last 5 weeks ?

I say Trest and winny, just keeo your AI handy with test and Trest. IMO that would be a nice stack.

200mg 19dhea for 8 weeks finishing with Winny over it. Your gains go up slightly but you really shouldn't see anything change w sides and you don't need to increase ancillaries.

Trest means you're adding more AI likely which will further hurt your cholesterol, nevermind trest could aggravate gyno very likely on top of 500 test. I mean it's just more to manage while the added 19dhea is purely icing on your cycle cake.

Are you the guy who leaves when he's up at the casino or plays til he's broke or doubled his money?

The decision was made for me technically . I was given the bottles of abnormal for free so I'll add those in and see how I feel towards the end . Honestly I think I'm better saving the Trest for a future run anyways as Hyde said the 19nor will be the icing on the cake

I started with the abnormal product and ran it for the first two weeks of my cycle, but I couldn't afford to keep it up with the price/dose ratio and so I shimmy'd off onto other compounds.

I will say that the 19 and the mk I was taking fixed my old injuries. Like wolverine joint healing.

Let me know if you get a big boost after adding it. I was looking into Cerberus for a later run. Anything that converts to nand has got to be bada$$.

Nicee will do , I know Brandinooooo is taking Cerberus right now with Trest I was trying to ask him how that's going but he's been ignoring me for 3 days lol maybe you'll have better luck getting feedback from him haha. But it's funny you mention the mk cuz I have some here at this point I'm thinking about saving it for between this cycle and next and running it by itself specially since now I'm throwing in the 19nor but we all know I'm a junkie lol so who's sure I'll stick to that plan

I was running the mk 5 on 2 off but I started taking a break from it. Based on what I know the pulses from it kind of reduce with continuous use. Plus I packed on about 3 nonlean lb's. Discontinuing it I dropped them again in a week. It's probably just water but i felt bloated as hell. Mad uncomfortable.

So the last PH run I had was years ago helladrol. By comparison my Epi-Andro/4-Andro felt like non alcoholic beer. I don't think anything except real gear will kick like that stuff did. But that's what I wanted.... Until last week when I subbed half my daily 4 andro for 75mg daily Tr3st. Lol. yeah.

Not sure if the Trest could have kicked in already but I like to think it's made a difference, like adding octane booster to your 87 grade gasoline. Might be placebo, or me confusing it with the slow and now coincidental kick in on the Andro's (week 6 now).
 
Let me add that the trest is easily the stronger option over adding the 19andro. Just seeing as you could save Trest for next time (it's it's own test base after all) and it complicates things some I'd save it.

I say 19nor also. The Cerberus has kept me somewhat dry so far. I'm up almost 5lbs so far with an increase of .3% bf +/- .1 nd have stayed at about 61% water.

HUGE PR TODAY!!!!! Fuccing felt great to see such a change and it's something I tried recently before I started the cycle and failed but today I hit 275 for 5 on the incline it felt amazing this was the break down
