I don't know if you mentioned it, but when are you starting the Trest and how much are you doing? I'm starting it on Tuesday at 75 possibly going to 100.

I'm thinking start at 50 td and 50 caps pwo. But as advised I'll probably jump to 75 td and 50-75 caps pwo real quick, if the estro sides aren't too much with the test. I'm thinking the winny should keep them at bay but still being cautious , I am 99% sure I'll add in the Trest but slight possibility I'll save it

Back day, I held off on the deads because I woulda had to rush through the entire workout so I made the executive decision to move them to another day this week even if that means doing them on my rest day

The hinges started killing me here and the pump felt like my skin was ripping off no joke that Plasmajet and white flood combo is ridiculous I ran out of time at this point so I got the hell out of the gym. Was told by one of the guys I always say whatsup to that I'm looking huge in getting bigger and still keeping it lean, and since I'm socially awkward I just said the first thing that came to mind which was "yeah I'm just starting to bulk for the winter time you know how it is" and he goes "winter time , the **** you talking about we're in south Florida there is no winter here" lmao I'm like **** he's on to me and I walked away haha

I went into one of the commercial gyms here and as I was leaving the locker room to go train some kind of terrible Spanish dancing music came blaring on, just the worst random crap possible. So I laughingly say to this weird looking mf'er, "Man this is my jam, right here" and he looks back with mingled surprise and worry and says, "Oh, really? Good... I think it's pretty interesting now that you say that.."

I could not have possibly carried more sarcasm in my expression. Guy looked like he was scared just to be there; so fuggin awkward.

I'm pushing 4000 a day as it is lol. Maybe need to redo my TDEE again...

When I finally got serious about lifting and started squatting and pulling, I began blending a shake every morning before work. 2 scoops whey, cup of oats, 10oz milk, 2tbsp pb, 1 banana. Took all of 3 minutes to blend and slam back, easy 1000 calories, 75g pro, 100g cho, 10 fiber and 35 fat. Delicious and cheap, I called them my Big Boy shakes. Shot up 25lbs in 6 months
 
On the subject of social awkwardness: I introduced myself to someone the other day that I had apparently met before... as I went to shake hands, the person said "we've met before, Mike.." I got flustered/embarrassed and responded "Oh sure, I meet people all the time.."

When I finally got serious about lifting and started squatting and pulling, I began blending a shake every morning before work. 2 scoops whey, cup of oats, 10oz milk, 2tbsp pb, 1 banana. Took all of 3 minutes to blend and slam back, easy 1000 calories, 75g pro, 100g cho, 10 fiber and 35 fat. Delicious and cheap, I called them my Big Boy shakes. Shot up 25lbs in 6 months

Hmm. I'll have to try that when I get moved in and have access to my blender again lol.

Had a sh1t workout this morning and feel like such garbage right now I'm having an extremely hard time staying awake , I'm considering dropping both dmz and lgd all together, I have some dermacrine on the way but it won't be here quick enough , the lethargy is way too much right now

I hear that. One week at church I said to a guy "nice to meet you, how long have you been coming here?" he says "since the first service, we're in your small group" and he knew my name. Awkward :)

In my defense, I had only seen him at the small group once. And we were relatively new at the time so I had met a lot of new (to me) people. I really suck at remembering people until we're met probably 3-4 times at least. Otherwise I have to ask my wife who people are.

My list of stuff I don't tolerate is long but the few I like include DMZ.
