Leg and shoulder day was fuccing amazing today guys! And it was unexpected I was gunna rest today and lift tomorrow but last minute I said fucc it let me lift today so I can have a good non rushed workout and then tomorrow I'll rest . Added cordygen and I did not want to stop, cordygen deserves a full review and I promise it's coming just want to give it a good try before putting it up.
Squats
45x10 135x10 warmups
225x 12 x3 20 seconds between sets
Leg press
3 sets of 25
Leg curls / extension supersets 15 sets each
Db seated Shoulder press
50x10 50x10 warmup
80x8 x3 it felt so light I think I coulda gone for 12-15 it was great
Upright row

Seated lat raise / bb shrug supersets

Great day today each rep was focused and rest was very short
As you guys know I usually lift at 5 am so it was a very different crowd today. Got stopped twice I was told "you look like a guy from a magazine" and the second time "bro you're the picture of the word strong , you could probably flip a PT cruiser if you tried... You're such a motivation" this felt really good. I'm not one to let this kind of stuff pump my nuts but I was going ham and feeling good about the workout so it felt good . I'll have some progress info soon for you guys riding it out till Sunday . The fun should be starting soon fellas
