Alpha TESTs Earths Darkside (first cycle log)

Leg and shoulder day was fuccing amazing today guys! And it was unexpected I was gunna rest today and lift tomorrow but last minute I said fucc it let me lift today so I can have a good non rushed workout and then tomorrow I'll rest . Added cordygen and I did not want to stop, cordygen deserves a full review and I promise it's coming just want to give it a good try before putting it up.
Squats
45x10 135x10 warmups
225x 12 x3 20 seconds between sets
Leg press
3 sets of 25
Leg curls / extension supersets 15 sets each
Db seated Shoulder press
50x10 50x10 warmup
80x8 x3 it felt so light I think I coulda gone for 12-15 it was great

Seated lat raise / bb shrug supersets

Great day today each rep was focused and rest was very short
As you guys know I usually lift at 5 am so it was a very different crowd today. Got stopped twice I was told "you look like a guy from a magazine" and the second time "bro you're the picture of the word strong , you could probably flip a PT cruiser if you tried... You're such a motivation" this felt really good. I'm not one to let this kind of stuff pump my nuts but I was going ham and feeling good about the workout so it felt good . I'll have some progress info soon for you guys riding it out till Sunday . The fun should be starting soon fellas

I do in fact know that. One of the things we have to keep in mind when responding tommed calls at those facilities. STDs run rampant!!

Lmao the few ride times I went on I was very well earned about those runs man blew my mind haha

Completely understand the getting used to it. The first time I came home for an R&R from Iraq was late October. I had been in 120 degree weather for almost 5 months. Woke up the first morning home, looked at the weather and it was 72 or so. Doing as I usually would, I threw on a t shirt and shorts. I froze my @ss off!!

The first year I moved to Texas it was like having summer year round. I moved from Indiana in august of 00 and it was like summer for a year. haha
 
Ok guys so life update
Last week I went up to 15mg daily of lgd and I've felt like absolute garbage the last 3 days so it's going down to 5 mgs might even just drop it, not just due to the lethargy but also the fact that it's turned me to a bottomless pit , I eat and eat and eat and not full and haven't gained much weight (I'll do a weight update tm morning) I'm at a 4K minimum. My diet plan has went from a strict plan to a "minimum plan" so in other words add ins are welcome , I don't want to do that too much longer. I'll start strict again Monday. Everything has just happened at once feels like it's one thing after he next and all I want to do is wake up lift eat hibernate repeat. Strength has felt great and I'm a killer in the gym , and as mentioned yesterday libido is starting to kick in so I feel the test is getting ready to start showing. This week will be the end of what I'm calling "phase 1" and I'll ride 4 weeks of just the test and then the Trest and winny (if I don't switch for epidrone) on the last 4 weeks of test plus one week after last pin and jump right to pct from there. Any questions suggestions feedback is welcome as you ladies already know hope everyone's enjoying the ride. Get ready for the good times to start rolling

Passed us last night, spent today cleaning up around the yard. We have power and running water and no major property damage, so we fared a lot better than most are faring tonight.

Bro u don't dig the lgd. Was gonna save it for my legit run starting in a week, but got bored with just the form xt so started it early. I love it but yeah, buffets would be an awful idea while taking this stuff lol

Alpha1agreda shouldn't the test offest the lethargy? Although you mentioned that you don't think it has "kicked in" yet? Once it starts taking affect do you plan to go back up in dose on the LGD?

How are you NCers faring today? You and FireTitan? I don't know exactly where in NC you are but it looks like the state got a good sized dose of some decent strength winds and tons of rain.

Yea, we are happy that it was a near-mis (versus a hit). It wobbled off the coast just enough for us to avoid the brunt of it (and we are a little bit inland, thankfully). Lots of uprooted trees in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, and schools are closed at least through Monday. My neighbors all lost sections of their fences (ours was just barely a year old and we built it shadowbox, which is what I attribute to its survival). But other than that we did not see any major damages (no trees on cars, houses, etc.) But I am sure it happened somewhere :(.

I hope anyone else impacted by the storm is doing OK and not too upturned in the aftermath!

I think i just dosed it too high with everything else. First time I ran it I got bad lethargy . Nothing great has came from it ether time , just lethargy and an undying hunger which is good when bulking but I never have a problem eating lol

I think I'm a bad candidate for lgd as it hasn't done much for me ether time I ran it but I will say this both times I definitely got two things hunger and lethargy . I'll see how this week rides at 5 mgs and decide from there , right now I'm leaning towards just dropping it as soon as the dmz is done next Sunday
 
This mornings (day 21) weight was 203.8 so up 13lbs from day one, thing is 200-205 is my normal weight so this could just be my body bouncing back up so not taking it as any significant weight gain. Was hoping for more from the lgd and dmz but it's all good , gunna ride out the dmz at 50mgs this last week and the lgd at 5. Strength is definitely up but was also hoping for more then by now. To all my experts , should I be seeing more by now from the test ? Or do you think it should kick in this week and I'll start seeing more within the next two weeks?
Took some progress pics but didn't see much change , but even though the results haven't been what I wanted yet , I will say this , the workouts are getting better and better , yet at the same time, (could be from the lethargy) I'm not as hungry to go ape shlt in the gym as I have been in the past. It's more of a go in get it done kind of attitude idk maybe my expectations were too high for this early in the game.

Yea, we are happy that it was a near-mis (versus a hit). It wobbled off the coast just enough for us to avoid the brunt of it (and we are a little bit inland, thankfully). Lots of uprooted trees in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, and schools are closed at least through Monday. My neighbors all lost sections of their fences (ours was just barely a year old and we built it shadowbox, which is what I attribute to its survival). But other than that we did not see any major damages (no trees on cars, houses, etc.) But I am sure it happened somewhere :(.

We made it fine, just a lot of flooding around the area. Sitting at the house with no power and no water. Can't get to my gym because it's flooded all around it...

I followed the 10mg bump every month protocol and noticed that I got crazy fatigue again when I bumped my dose up to 20mg. Of course the LGD will cause fatigue, but I'd imagine with your test about to kick in it would pass pretty quick...

No Mk yet I'm adding it in the last month of the cycle and then pct and a month to two after

I'd drop the LGD to 5 as you stated then hold it there for another week then go back up to 10 (perhaps) - you'll have been off the DMZ at that point for a week. The body can usually only handle so many orals at once and you likely overdid the stack (from a lethargy perspective). Plus adding the preWO Trest should help fight gym lethargy a lot.

Also, I'd consider moving the Winny back a week so I can be run two weeks after the last shot, so it maintains your muscle right up til the day PCT starts vs having a lousy week of almost no test and no orals or anything.

Yeah I think I might just leave the lgd out after this week and then just enjoy the test until I throw in the winny and Trest

Good here bro! Hope you are. The majority of the NC damage was near the coast, and believe it or not, I was off when it did hit us in North Central part. Chilled with the bride all day! Not a bad day at all.
