Trying to adjust to regular sleep hours on off days for a third shifter is insanely hard. Fell asleep exhausted at 1am wake up wide awake and perky at 5am. Every time!

I have to try to force some sleep so my day isn't ruined. I'll hit the gym in just a few hours though.

Lol I never have a problem asking. Now that I'm out of TRADOC and able to work out the way I prefer I have seen a lot of gains. I just struggle with the volume of food sometimes.

I was gonna get a video this time but details used against it. It felt good and I kept a good tight arch in my lower back. I got 315 to the sticking point but it wasn't going anywhere from there.
