You'll never see me post this early. Lucky for you I am out in a cabin and since neighbors are getting wasted I happened to wake up and can't go back to sleep. I did get a chance to review your whole log. Glad to hear about the testing your for sure gonna make a good officer, don't know you personally but have met plenty of officers in my day. Hahaha. Not to educated on the M1D but before the end of the day I will be. Keep it up on the learning and lifting you'll be back before you know it.

I kill it fasted workouts, only way for me. But over the years I have always been a light morning eater. I eat more now , after working out a.m. Though I eat better and more often, I still sneak some brews in.. So many wasted calories explains the mid-section that I can't get rid of.

Thx. Yeah that's my main focus. Finally started to put a plan in action to make things happen.

Starting to feel like my old self. Hate to say it, I don't think I was born to cycle to. :lol: I tried that DMZ (2nd oral) and all I get is set backs. They seem to lower my appetite, head aches, tired, & strength seems to go down not up. Ran that for 2-3 weeks & then got off of it. I am working a lot and practicing and studying for these test so it's dragging me down a bit, but it's a challenge as well. If hard works pays off then easy work is worth less. :)

Didn't expect this to climb. Calories have been at maintenance or slightly above. Body comp wise I've noticed I'm more full & tighter looking which is what I like. Slight improvements since last week, but improvements are what we want.

What are you expecting from it?

You ran it a while back huh? It was hard for you to gain weight? Diet dictates that though. Were you eating a lot?

Yes i ran it a while back, though my diabetes was not in control well enough that the food i was eating wasnt being taken in due to the lack of insulin. Now that im out of college and my rates are back to normal, the gains should be much greater. I still made great strength gains, but due to the lack of blood sugar control, I didnt gain the weight.

Yeah kinda what I am expecting. A nice little bump in strength. Not over eating to gain major size.

Today was leg day & it went much better than before. :)

Free Motion Leg Squats:

270 x 6 (3 sets)

Leg Press:
Warmed up with 10 plates for 10 reps
630lbs 8 reps
720lbs 6 reps
810lbs 4 reps
900lbs 2 reps

2 Sets of leg curls 1 @ 125lbs, 1 @ 145lbs 6 reps.

Squats:
280lbs x 6 (2 sets)

Really wanted to hit 3 sets

Thx bud. Trying not to gain any extra weight while doing it either. My next day off is Thus, which I'll probably test that day. I've been working 8 days straight. How's things in Cali man? Ready to beast the whole Purus line?

Well my balls didn't shrivle but my wiener went from 8 in to 2 :-( do you think novadex will pull me out with cell tech?

Even tho you eat alot just make sure it's healthy food not junk so you have to worry about getting dirty fat on you...and things in Cali are started heating up..getting hot as hell here...and you kno I'm born ready!!! Lol

Diet is much better. For like a month though it was a lotta bullshyt. Fruits, veggies, meats, & nuts now though. :)
I'm not eating no where near as much as I was 2-3 months ago. In a month going to try and drop down to 175-180 like I was last year. :)

Yea that's good bro....from past few weeks mostly I been eat tofu and watermelon...tofu is really healthy...no carbs and good amount of protein....and I just love watermelon...eat almost 5lbs a day...that's like half of the big watermelon :)

Wow. Yeah I eat at least 1 or 2 bananas a day, usually w/scoop of p butter. Watermelon is good, just hate cutting it up. A banana is so much easier. My 196lbs bloat was from diet on memorial day. Back @ 194lbs after my w.o. & 193 this AM.

Lol just buy big watermelon and cut it all in small piece and store in freeze so you don't have to cut again and again...that's wat I do...trust me it's really worth it lol

From deads last Saturday, lower back is sore a bit. Legs were a bit sore the day after. Everything is feeling better now.
