AI's Punthra Is Giving the Triangle Stack A Run! (Sponsored)

I know the issue. Your ass is large enough that when you went to sit down the weight of it made you descend at an uncontrollable speed and you squished a disc on the chair. You gotta be careful, Panthro! You know you have to treat that ass like a loaded weapon when you sit. We have talked about this....:op:

P.S- email sent. Check your box, bic boooooooiiiiii!

Looks like someone is... :poke: poking a little fun at Panthro's expense, LoL!

Hey, I didnt say it wasnt muscular!
Abs are coming. I made incisions last night and got lisa to do a home liposuction job with a straw and a turkey baster. We used the fat to make gravy for our roast.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Man you make me laugh sometimes....

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Man you make me laugh sometimes....

I second that, but as we laugh, there are actually some desperate people out there that if they saw an instructional video on YouTube on how to do it yourself, would actually try that! :fool2:

Ya, I just watched 1000 Ways To Die and some crazy lady ate tapeworm to lose wieght! Hard work is a foreign word to some people!

That's actually done in practice by some people I saw it on some show my wife watches... there is a market fot these tape worms in Africa...

Really...that's crazy!

That is extremely interesting...

"CONCLUSION: This drug-guidelines effectiveness trial showed a modest advantage of combined specific pharmacologic and non-pharmacological treatments on absolute improvement on the RDQ. A threefold reduction in the risk of chronicity was observed, an important goal in low-back pain guidelines. Copyright (c) 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd."

Agreed... that is one hell of a workout!!! Great job bro, keep up the great work!

Took an extra day to heal up...Going to hit legs later today and will post fridays and todays training later on!

Hey Punthra, I am LATE!!!! How many more days do you have on the stack? I am about 12 days in since I was out of town late April so I started on May 1.

I see you are noticing endurance increases just like me, but I was also winded quickly in the first few days.

I've got about 2 more weeks left...The endurance has been phenomenal on this stack! Overall wokout volume has been able to go up and strength has been slowly improving as well.

How did you enjoy the anabolic growth kit??? Been thinking about giving it a run myself.

How did you enjoy the anabolic growth kit??? Been thinking about giving it a run myself.

It is my most successful cycle as far as gains/maintained/sides. I did not explode like on SD but I grew so fast on SD it was difficult to maintain the gains. I noticed strength increase quickly on the AMS cycle and the growth came slow and steady and I have kept most of the wt gain and also the strength gains.

Nice, it seemed like an interesting stack. Looking for something that gives slow and steady gains while ramping strength up!

I ran 2 stacks for 6 wks and ramped up the dosage in week 4. I am smaller than you so you might need the increased dosage, I would keep it as prescribed for me next time, not much of a difference in gains and I want to keep it economical when I can.

It def helped buying the stack during the AMS 50% off sale, then they spotted me the 2nd kit to keep the log running.

Today's TRIVIA Question will be posted at 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time... So come one... come all!!! Invalid Link Removed

???

sorry don't mean to hijack your thread, but where did you come up with the name "Punthra?" sounds like a kick in the vagina or something, lmao. (btw, please tell me thats not your real name :bigok:

The name came from a long night of drinking. Obviously it's not my real name! Is your real name pigpen??? Figured i'd ask since we're asking pointless questions!

I'm down and out with the flu right now so don't expect updates for a day or two. Will try to post friday and sundays workouts when i get home today.

Speedy recovery.. I just popped some echinacea as I heard my daughter in law was very sick...

The water intake has gone up, glutamine and vitamin c added, and just not training for a few days so that i can get back to normal quicker!

Very smart big guy. Make sure to try to take in as much greens and berries. They should help with the recovery. Also mix in some BCAA's in that water just to be safe. I know when I get sick my calories take a nose dive in the beginning so just cover all your bases.

Your workouts are looking real solid so I have no doubt once you recover you will be back slamming them weights like nobodies business.

BCAA's are definitely in the mix...

That sucks, man. You just had the flu in Me-Hee-Co. I always find I recover better doing cardio when I am sick. Whether or not you can 'sweat it out' is true I dont know, but I do know that I feel better. Guess I will avoid training with you this week, Panthro.

Probably a good idea but we need to smash it next week due to the fact your heading back to Terrace soon...BOO!!!!

BCAA's are definitely in the mix...

Haha I see i was preaching to the choir. Just out of curiousity, how much BCAA's you take in throughout the day?

Two to three scoops a day...4:1:1 obviously!

Still following Bro, good stuff!!! You tell J-Rod... he can't hang with PANTHRO!!!

still feeling like a bag of smashed a**holes! Hopefully turn the corner tomorrow....

rest up and keep up the cals, I hate it when I lose my appetite from illness and then go back to square 1!

still feeling like a bag of smashed a**holes! Hopefully turn the corner tomorrow....

I'm sorry Bro, You are still the coolest ThunderCat in my eyes, sick or not! I hope you get better soon my friend!

still feeling like a bag of smashed a**holes! Hopefully turn the corner tomorrow....

LMAO!!! Im loving the imagery here. Really gives you a nice visual on how your feeling.

Feel better soon big guy, I hate to see a strong man down.

still feeling like a bag of smashed a**holes! Hopefully turn the corner tomorrow....

You always complain of a sore a$$hole after the weekends when we chat in the gym. Oh, nevermind.... you were implying you feel sick. Man do I feel stupid. Uh, get better soon.:op:
