Thoughts:
Eh, felt a little sluggish and tight today. Worked through it and felt better towards the end of the workout, but took a while to get going today. Different too because the guy I usually workout with is off for a week, so days like this when I need a spotter were affected. Oh well, still a decent workout overall.

I noticed you don't have a spotter for the week, do you have a power rack you can use?

hell yeah keep it up your dedication shows

anything you notice from daa going by feel?

At first I did, but then my diet was pretty bad for about a week. Now that it's back to being clean and lower, I probably will notice it more. Either way, overall, I've been feeling good since I started taking it.

Yes, back really chest is the only day it will affect. I would say shoulder days when I do military press, but I usually use a smith machine anyways.

I honestly like a more for the drive than the actual spot. A spotter usually pushes me to work harder

Felt better today than yesterday! Pull ups felt a lot better and Bi’s felt stronger/tighter. Still really want to be able to do more pull ups, so I’m definitely going to keep targeting that during my back workouts. Any suggestions on how to improve on them?

quite frankly, I love staying on the AI Sports nutrition's DAA

How do you two feel about using a suicide aromatase inhibitor with DAA? I'm for it!

Thoughts:
Felt really good today, a lot better than the last 2 days. I wanted to do BB shoulder press, but all the smith machine/racks were being used and I don’t have time to waste waiting, so I just did DB. Still think that Rocky Bradford presses are one of the most challenging lifts for shoulders and continue to enjoy killing my shoulders with them. This has really been a good week of workouts and diet so far. Need to keep it up!

Thoughts:
Pretty decent day. Didn’t work out yesterday because of some family things I needed to take care of, so I felt good and refreshed getting in the gym today. Decent workout, liked that we went heavier on Bent rows and switched up EZ bar curls to straight BB. Nice day in the gym.

Thoughts:
Well I can definitely tell my knee is getting stronger. I was able to do the leg extension pauses today with absolutely no pain! (even though my leg was violently shaking, haha) Felt great to see slow progress. I am able to do other little things with my leg as well that is letting me know that it is getting stronger. Still have a long way to go, but progress feels great.

Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdown
3x10 – 100

Thoughts:
Since I missed chest last week, I did heavy today and hit my end of workout goal. Now I will add weight to my working sets. Felt good overall today. Suprisingly, DB incline felt really good… usually suck or am burned on these. Have been doing good lifting wise, but I really need to start doing some type of cardio again. With the new baby, and this time of year is CRAZY busy for me, I’m not too bent out of shape about it. I know after the 1st weekend of April (Easter), my schedule will calm down some and hopefully I can get back to a consistent cardio routine, but I’m happy with my lifting so that’s good.

Thoughts:
This will be a deloading type week so I am doing lighter weights, more sets and higher reps. Next week will be back heavy and heavier. Been feeling pretty good, looking forward to a lighter week for rest and then hitting it hard again.

Crap yeah your doing awesome. and strong

is your tub almost out?

Thanks man. No it's not out yet. I skipped a little bit back when my wife had the baby, so there was a break in when I was taking it.

Thoughts:
Well I finally got back to doing cardio in the morning. Baby is sleeping better through the night so I can wake up early again. Hopefully I can get back to being consistent and doing cardio 3-5 times in the morning before work. As far as weights, back to heavy. Bench felt great today, did the entire press workout with no spot…was actually surprised about this. Good start to the week. Going to really cut back on the calories hard and get back on track!

Tuesday - Cardio

Well I got cleared to do slow and light jogging. This morning was the first time I've jogged since the surgery! Jogged for about 11-12 minutes and than walked the rest of 30 minutes.

No weights today. Real bad allergies/sinus issues going on and went home early from work.

Sinuses and allergies have been RIDICULOUS here in Central Florida lately, too. Everybody is sneezing and getting headaches.

Anymore cardio in the past few days?

Dude great log, nice results from the DAA, did you ever figure out a good way to mix the DAA so it isn't so nasty to drink?

I don't have any issues mixing DAA with fruit flavored pre-workouts or intra mixes. I personally like DAA best with Lemon or Lime flavors.

I have pre-existing issues that I have to deal with, though. :D

i dont need it so i dotn use it. Never(knock on wood) had gyno issues Ive been on daa for 7-8 months now. If yu have pre existsing issues I say use them

Keep up the nice work Reezie, your workouts show

Definitely have been missing in action. Allergies/sinus is a lot worse than I thought. I went and got some testing done, bloodwork and CT scan and have some issues.

Unfortunately, because of money, I'm not going to be able to get much done yet. Just going to have to work through it. In the meantime, I've switched up and have gone almost all cardio and knee rehab. I need to do more so my knee can feel better/get stronger.

Yeah I had that massive knee surgery almost a year ago. When I had it, they told me the recovery time was a 1 - 1 1/2 year, so I'm still going through it.

When I was on the DAA consistently and cutting the calories, the thing I noticed most was I was dropping weight/fat but getting stronger in my lifts across the board, so I definitely loved that aspect of it.

I'll try to remember that.
