dude fu(k you guys and all your poptart talk!! I haven't had one in years....YES YEARS. I can't wait to start really bulking so I can mow some of those. Although I will have more refeeds coming up but sadly I always forget about pop tarts. Best not to even have them in the house though or I'd cheat on myself :) Next refeed day I'll just go buy a box and kill it!!
 
Lol I had a package of each today. My diets usualy pretty clean but since the holidays I haven't gotten back into full diet mode yet. I saw those At the grocery store and couldn't decide so I got both kinds. Now I have to eat them since I bought em lol right?

Im not AB but I like my Inzer Lever belt a lot. Just don't order from Inzer because they take forever..lol

Check into Carb BackLoading. Cut / recompense your way to strength and ABS. Tomahawk is running it with great success. That or intermittent fasting you can have your cake and eat it too. Just ask Frank!

I got the Spud Inc. deadlifting belt cause I literally have no waist it is Velcro but 3 ply and I like it.
