Prisoners can eat a ton of food cause you get commissary. They have all kinds of stuff even protein bars. Plus if that dude's crap that he eats fits his macros gains are going to happen especially if he kills it in the gym. Most people would say that what I eat sucks, but it fits into my daily needs and gains happen. :) A good buddy of mine just got out of Prison for 4 years and he is yoked as fuark now. Commissary. A lot of people have a ton of success with IIFYM, I think they probably don't get as many micronutrients, but IMO the most important thing about your diet is consistency with your macros. No matter how you fill them, as long as you are getting close and not eating too much, or too much of one thing (carbs, fat) you will be fine no matter what. You ever seen Pete Rubish? That dude practically eats garbage lol, but makes hella gains.

Nice review big man. I'm getting the idea that I need to ride this Alphamine train. I just don't want to curb my appetite at all. I have to scratch and claw for every ounce of weight I can. Your chest is looking ginormous champ! I would kill to have that size. You going to go check out Kabuki soon? Oh and did you loose some facial hair?

Very cool AB. If you are going to do this right you need to totally immerse yourself in..no holding back. When you are willing to put yourself in that type of risk, the commit has to be 100%. But you already know this with your time over in the sandbox.

Funny thing on the facial hair. I'm on my wimpy little run and I'm growing some attitude too. Lol

Recycle has been my go to for years bubba. This will be my first time with the D-pol addition and I am stoked to see what that brings. Apex predator sh!t!! Lol

Today is a well deserved off day! Family time, coffee and dinner...

Bacon Burgers, onion, cheese, avacado, lettuce... All the toppings and a mess of fries ;-) plus went shopping and got 2 huge boxes of pop tarts...

All I can say about the dpol/recycle combo is WOW... Throw Anabeta elite and slinshot in there and boom. Along with alphamine of course!
