Have not used much PES stuff personally. Natty sent me couple of the Erase Pros before and some agmatine...
I'm going to have to give the other stuff a go sometime.

Hip Thrusts are awesome. Fascinating for Deadlift lockout strength and faster movement in it, and also to keep a better posture and power from the hole up in ATG squats.

I'm in bro , missing the old days!

Just got done eating dinner. Baked chicken, brown rice and pees.
I ate 3 huge pieces of chicken, 3 servings of rice and 2 of pees. I'm still hungry!!! I'm bottomless... My stomach hurts severely!

It's starting to really shine! Strength is up as well as endurance. Last night I started noticing some severe vascularity last night... It's sick! My hunger is really getting too me lol I cant stop eating and even the food tastes better.

PS there's this Chinese rest. Here and they have this thing called the lucky 7 challenge. It's a huge plate with 7 kinds of chicken. If you kill it all in an hour. You get the meal free and what's in the jackpot. It's up to 700$. I think Ima try it. It's been done a few times
