Word, I lived in a ton of houses there, had one kinda out by the hospital once, close to Winco.

Nicely done with the legs champ. Those leg press numbers after the squats are insane. Damn you can move some weight. The box jumps will get the explosiveness going. That Chinese buffet doesn't stand a chance against the AB/AB combo. Lol

Means a lot tho! The strength is really increasing... Big leaps. Todays chest day so I wanna see what I'm made of.
I think I might try that challenge today. I could use 700. Put towards my wife and kid. Get them everything they need. Would be great. Whatever left ill place my order.
