Good, getting back into the routine of things. I took some time off after my sisters death to spend time with the family and get my head straight. But jm back and Ready to put on some serious size. I started a new long go check out my new crazy cycle, I promise it will have you foaming at the mouth! Lol

Haha we all have our off days... Weight felt heavy, form was sloppy... Longer rest periods. Pct starts Friday. Still not sure what I want to incorporate in it. I have everything. First four weeks thinkin Clomid, Nolva, versa1, Dpol, Div1
Second... Versa1, Dpol, recycle, epro

The big mothers are more lower back flexible than I am dude kinda sad... Smh

Watching Pl videos of those big ****ers... Jesus I have no idea how they do it. I was doing Olympic lifting in Saturday just the basics and learning the form and **** and my lower back again! I have hip imbalances for sure.

How are your hips ab? Need me to help you "loosen" them up? ;)

I know my flexors usually feel it a good bit after a long heavy ruck. Maybe it's how I stroll or how my pack rides, but in my case it's truth.

That's not necessarily helpful.

In fact, that may be the one of the reasons (besides sit ups and similar exercises) that so many people in the military have tight hip flexors which leads to underactive glutes and poor posture.

I agree, there's a balance that needs to be found and I think that, at least in our branch, they're trying to get closer to that. Although I don't think that PRT is the cure-all, it's a better alternative to what we used to have. I still like rucking though. By the way, I don't have underactive glutes. Wanna see pics?

Deficit pulls: 8/3/3/3/3/3/3/3
Can't explain each weight step... Ended with 585

Resistance pulls, stretched 200lb of bands on 250 pounds and did about 10 sets of speed pulls at 8 reps

Rack Pulls: 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/1
Started at 600, ended with 720

Db alt curls: 8/8/8

This is true but you also need to look at the articles or logs of him cleaning up his diet and how bad his diet was. His blood work came back looking horrible at the start and he even said he would not be around long if this continued. He made a comment in one of his Q&A sessions that"you either want to be healthy or you want to powerlift." I think you can eat clean and still have the strength...it is a lot more difficult though.

Very true AZ I can tell you from experience (bloods) just by eating healthy and exercising minimally, my blood work came back and did a complete turnaround. There's truth to both sides. Bodybuilding diets have been around forever and work not only for goals but for overall health. Ever person is diff but I can only imagine trying to be a PL and eat 100% clean would be a nightmare. Finding a good balance is key. Good read thanks

When did he say that? Just curious because as stated John Meadows does his diet which I'm sure is pretty regimented.

Although John is a big fan of fats so I'm sure he's not eating chicken bread and egg whites 8x a day.

Didn't be just recently get with meadows? I know I watched an interview about his strategies with Tate and he said meadows plan is pretty easy to follow
 
I think so, he went from a big powerlifting looking guy to a ripped out 6% dude about 1-2 years ago, not sure how lean he is now.
 
Meadows has been working with Tate for awhile now. When Tate was extremely lean, which arose after he encountered health issues, he was working with John Berardi.
