Woke up... Finally got some rest... Drove 10 hrs yesterday then went to work all night so I was beat...

I will be takin 2 scoops of ConDense for energy

This will be the first day that I use Formula X intraworkout!!! I'm excited

I've considered hitting chest twice a week. Like chest tris on Monday and shoulders chest on Thursday's....like split upper lower chest and power and shaping....hmmm

12 sets of box squats heavy with chains...
8 sets of front squats... There was no 90 degree for squats... It was sit on floor
Power cleans
Speed pulls with bands... 550 deads

Div1 is still kickin ass... I can honestly say I recovered by second week... Makin gains in pct isnt common....
Licogenix is one of my fav supps of all time now... Damn those lil blue pills. Keeping my density and vascularity. Next ill run at a higher dose... Helps with my joints as well.

F**ki cutting! You know me...bulk bulk bulk! Nothing more rewarding than being one big a$$ mofo lol. You will love test but seeing how you take kindly to these things and can handle harsh compounds I have a stringing feeling you will want something more powerful ::tren cough::

Lol true... Ima test the waters (no pun intended) see the reaction and later down the road then add tren or what not. This one ill run prop and enanth. If I can find halotestin then sure
 
I wouldn't be cutting with that kind of workout. You will need plenty of food to keep up with it. Hell, you might even see yourself eating more than you are used to when the super supps come online!!

Holy Shiza!!! My legs are ****ed off beyond recognition.... I think I have never worked out a day in my life Hahaha in this case recovery from this stack did not help me but I don't think anything could ha well I'm suppin up and today is chest day with the team.... I THINK ill be able to keep up... Better then I did on legs... They made me look like a bitch haha

I actually liked that test powder has agmatine in it. Was what turned me on to it.

How is it on the GI track? Nutraplanet house brand is all I've ever used, great stuff but I get explosive sh*ts and in always in the bathroom :/

Intimidate is working real nice, no **** gun poops and already getting deep sleeps :)
