Thank you brother! Ya from what I heard, powerlifting is 2 sessions a week, eat whatever you want (ima eat healthy personally) and supplement my way haha I saw him raw bench 850 for 3 so.... He knows haha I have a pic of him shrugging 700+ lol

I used to powerlift back in the day and we also did a 2 day split. Wednesday and Saturday. BIG 3 lifts only. Squat, Bench, Dead. Every once in awhile my coach would throw in an accessory or OHP, but he was pretty strict with his regiment. And like someone said above, it was 1) no cardio 2) eat everything all the time as much as you can.
Went from 225 sticks and bones to 280lbs during my 9-10month stint with him. PRs were 320 bench, 340 squat, 440 dead.
That was 4 years ago... kind of miss those days sometimes ;'(
