Gains: This is where it begins for me! Strength is starting to increase and I feel on top of the world. Everyone knows to stay out my way or I attack haha
Sides: little acne here and there on back... Nothin serious, agression and ya that's it haha
Recovery: not even sore, time between sets... Barely there.
Weight: YA MOTHER BITCHES!!! Up 7 pounds and counting ;-) get some.
