My thoughts/opinion a belt is a good idea but its going to weaken some of those stabilizing muscles so keep that in mind when one isn't available to you. Def use a belt just keep that thought in the back of your mine.

Straps? Again my opinion fück yea use straps! It'll be a while before your forearms catch up to your back. That's what forearm exercises are for. My opinion not arguing ; )

Look up on youtube DC Training shoulder rehab stretch. This stretch has helped me immensely and all the dudes at my station. You do it with a broom handle or beach towel it works bro.

Weight: YA MOTHER BITCHES!!! Up 7 pounds and counting ;-) get some.

I'll prob get bloods on 4th week to see where I'm at... If good I might extend the sd another week of 30 if not 40.

I just went 4 weeks + 3 days. No idea what lipids are like right now. Gettin bloods after my PCT is over. Just load up in fish oils niacin and your cycle support.
 
yeah, ive gained 1%bf but **** it, by thursday i should be looking ****ing huge. 218 this moring id like to be 223-225 by thursday
