12 days of DAA @ 3.12g/day and I only got one zit. And that one was probably from not showering right after a workout this week.

Acne is a "side effect" of increased Testosterone - some people get it and others don't. If you're one of those that get it, then they might possibly go, but for the most part, all you can hope to do is manage it.

Make sure your hygiene is good - shower as soon as possible after training, etc., so that sweat does not cool and stay on your body. You could also supplement with Vitamin B5 - although this takes a while to see results. Perhaps look into an "acne control" facial cleanser. Concentrated Tea Tree Oil or Lavender Oil applied sparingly to problem areas also works in helping clear flaws up. Or you could apply Eviscerate sparingly to problem areas to help remove them.

Get some ACNEtame and add it to your stack if you are acne prone.

It is definitely indicative of your rise in testosterone. Like has already been mentioned some individuals are more susceptible to acne than others.

Aside from discontinuing the product, you can consider using OTC products in the shower containing benzoyl peroxide, for instance PanOxyl 10%, or 5% if it is too drying.

Consider seeing a dermatologist if it is not responsive to the topical and/or discontinuation of the supplements. They may throw a low dose tetracycline class antibiotic to speed up the clearing and even add a topical retinoid if necessary.

Cheers.

You won't find any better advice here than this!

Consider the possibility that the elevated testosterone will also increase DHT. Although other things may mask or remedy the symptoms saw palmetto has worked very well in treating hormonal (DHT) acne.

I'm on PCT right now, and I have been experiencing the same recurring issues as my own endogenous levels ramp up - and I completely forgot about this compound reducing the DHT related side effects.

I'm always a little over joyed when after years of in-the-trenches research and training I am reminded of something I forgot, and it serves to help out (I might even go back to one of the cheap all-in-one so-called 'prostate' blends with other ingredients - those worked wonders, even as a teenager). Thanks for your reminder, and the other great posts in this thread... I am also contemplating trying Acnetame next month as I phase off of HCGenerate (which I feel as thrown my test production through the proverbial roof)!
