Took a half scoop during work last night.
It was great, with all that focus I got a ton of work done, leaving my partner on the A.m. crew very well set up for success.

A few nudes..
abs starting to sharpen up a little... don't mind the fuzziness, took it on my phone.
I think I'll be nice and cut by the time July rolls around, after a few diet tweaks.
Conditioning and stimul8 are starting to take effect.

I found on my stimul8 run I had to work up to a full scoop over a few weeks, it was far too much for me and I'm usually pretty stim tolerant. Glad your enjoying it the ace. Looking good ace semi homo....

I definitely agree on the difference between 3/4 scoop and a whole scoop. It took me a while to be able to handle 1 scoop and I actually prefer 3/4 or just under which makes the tub an even better buy :)

Ace your physique as always Is impressive. You never disappoint

I trained some legs today.

The heat, along with stimul8, had me drenched.
I was sweating quite heavily by the time I had finished warming up.

Took about 3/4 scoop today, maybe slightly less than that, and it's really all I need.

Here's todays training

Man. High rep squats today in the heat. Sucked.

Weight with clothes/shoes after two meals 186 lbs small.

Took 3/4 scoop stimul8 today, loving it.
My dad broke into my stimul8 and took a whole scoop.. It was too much for him and he also commented on how he felt it very quickly.

body comp changes seem to be accelerating lately thanks to my adjusted training, diet, and of course stimul8.

here's recent training:

Chest/Delts

Took 1 gram agmatine and 1 scoop gms along with 1/2 scoop stimul8.. Pump was unreal.
The stimul8 had me sweating like a hog, and it's ten degrees cooler than yesterday. Focus was on point and my back felt really locked in on my pressing.

Took 3/4 scoop yesterday before training legs and it was actually too much, stim wise.

As far as thermo though I was drenched to the point I was sweating thru my Spandex and shorts.. Keep in mind I put baby powder in my shorts to keep my legs from chafing / absorb sweat.

The baby powder was no match for stimul8.

I really am loving this pre- the mood and focus are incredible.

If 3/4 of a scoop is a tad much for you - you will get all kinds of mileage out of that tub of Stimul8. Very easy on the wallet this stuff is...

A fellow baby powder user. Lol if I don't use that stuff the chaffing gets out of control.

Was this the first time dosing 3/4 scoop on leg day? I bump my leg day dose down on leg day.

I picked up some of the gold bond spray in a can the other day - stuff's pretty damn cool (literally, LOL!)
and a helluva lot less messy

No doubt, about time a pre-workout is made where most people can get away with 80 workouts... no other pre-workout I've seen that can last 3 months lol.

we got a guy on another website, who says 1/4 scoop is his sweet spot (and all he can handle)...
that would be (are you ready for this?) 160 freakin workouts!!!!
even assuming you work out 5x weekly consistently, that would STILL last 32 weeks - almost 8 months LOL

I've done one scoop on my light upper day and it was Amazing.
It wasn't necessary, but I had just woken up from working night shift so I needed some extra kick

Always fun to push the limits every once in a while. Leg day would not be the day I over did it though add you eluded to lol.

So today, a terrible thing happened. I went to grab my stimul8, but something was behind it that pushed it off the counter into my dogs water dish.

Fortunately, it was sealed tight and I scooped it out of the water immediately. only the outside was wet.

Took 3/4 scoop to power me thru my session today, but it was still almost too much. Back down to 1/2 scoop I guess.

Which means this tub will last for quite some time.

and it's under $20 right now... the price is ludicrous! The servings are ludicrous! Talk about savings and making a pre-workout last!

I'm at just under a scoop, and the last tub I had seemed to last forever.

Just got home from work.. Took a half scoop at during my shift tonight and I must say it really helps.
Nice, I like taking it half way through my shift when I do 12 hours, seems to keep me alert until I get back home.

Took, about 1/3 again today, perfect for light chest day.

Got some new equipment, will update training later

Don't get me wrong, I love training upper body as much as the next guy and I know two Weeks off legs won't kill me- but mentally it is.

I keep a tub in my drawer at work... Helps in the afternoon for a boost in energy and the mood enhancement. Beats the hell out of a bottle of scotch hidden away lol

So I didn't get to train legs last week, due to a strained ITB.
Because I didn't squat twice last week, that is two times I didn't have a post squat pig out meal-hence I lost three pounds.
I had to move my lever belt in a whole notch, so I'm not mad.

I eased back into training legs this week.

Strong workout back to legs!

Some rest could help with muscle growth as well, I've noticed if I'm not able to train a muscle part for a couple weeks when I get back to it I get a better muscle response.

Curious what your normal post-squat pig out meal normally is?
