It was great, with all that focus I got a ton of work done, leaving my partner on the A.m. crew very well set up for success.

abs starting to sharpen up a little... don't mind the fuzziness, took it on my phone.
I think I'll be nice and cut by the time July rolls around, after a few diet tweaks.
Conditioning and stimul8 are starting to take effect.

Took 1 gram agmatine and 1 scoop gms along with 1/2 scoop stimul8.. Pump was unreal.
The stimul8 had me sweating like a hog, and it's ten degrees cooler than yesterday. Focus was on point and my back felt really locked in on my pressing.

As far as thermo though I was drenched to the point I was sweating thru my Spandex and shorts.. Keep in mind I put baby powder in my shorts to keep my legs from chafing / absorb sweat.
The baby powder was no match for stimul8.

Always fun to push the limits every once in a while. Leg day would not be the day I over did it though add you eluded to lol.It was my first time using 3/4 on leg day and I also need to dial down any pre workout on leg day just because my heart is already pumping so hard from squats.
I've done one scoop on my light upper day and it was Amazing.
It wasn't necessary, but I had just woken up from working night shift so I needed some extra kick

Now if your dog starts sprinting around the house you know why.So today, a terrible thing happened. I went to grab my stimul8, but something was behind it that pushed it off the counter into my dogs water dish.
Fortunately, it was sealed tight and I scooped it out of the water immediately. only the outside was wet.
Took 3/4 scoop to power me thru my session today, but it was still almost too much. Back down to 1/2 scoop I guess.
Which means this tub will last for quite some time.

Nice, I like taking it half way through my shift when I do 12 hours, seems to keep me alert until I get back home.Just got home from work.. Took a half scoop at during my shift tonight and I must say it really helps.
