Not to be a downer but my girlfriend's dad just turned 41 and she is 19. So your post made me think of what it would be like if he nailed one of her friends lol. He has kids though, three of them including her, so it would (I hope) be an awkward idea for him :blink: .

I'd be more concerned about the fact that you work with them than their ages. Depending upon your work situation, this could have bad consequences down the line.

They're young but as long as they understand what type of relationship you're looking for, they're grown up enough to consent.

Good point. Although it may not even matter. I work on a floor with about 200 different people. There are some 18 year old ladies that could get the sexin upped and nothing negative would come from it. Mainly because they are noobs and have no standing.

Society will definitely think it is taboo. you will definitely think it is fun. You make the call. You may want to keep it quiet though.

Most departments and private companies have some rules in place that your human resources officer could point out to you. If you are of rank, and they work for you, it is definitely a no no. If you are equals, you might have to sign a declaration. Regardless, it could be work place suicide. The department frowns on inter-department relationships. At the least, they can become embarrassing and awkward for the parties involved when called upon to work together. As far as the age difference, I really don't see a problem. If you like each other and have common interests, it should be fine. You might be a little embarrassed at a restaurant when the waiter asks " and what will your daughter be having sir?":ntome:
