Some good feelings today. Got 360x2 with lying leg press and 185x2 with barbell squats. Haven't done a barbell squat in about three years. Needless to say, I felt it! Made the walk of gains all the way back to my car. :)

Super excited today. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Max Pump should be arriving in the mail and am gonna hit it hard this afternoon before going to help move a piano this evening. Yehaaaw!

Felt really good. Lovin' the Max Pumps. My triceps were like: "Yo dawg, our triceps just got triceps."

Some great things with the 1-Andro, too. About halfway through cycle in a few days. Already up 7.2lbs! No bf changes that I can see, but that's not really my focus right now. Skin does feel tighter, though. Strength going up, too.

After a few days the pumps get better.

Sam's has a decent price here on boxes of 5 dozen eggs. It's hard to eat them all before expiration (though I don't often follow the expiration recommendation of eggs).

Good news, though. My wife must've been anticipating my gains. Looked in the outside freezer and there's probably 10 packages of frozen chicken breasts!

Tomorrow starts day one of PCT from my 1-Andro log (Invalid Link Removed). I decided to go with OL Sup3r PCT and I'll be updating that all here so there'll be more activity in this personal log. :)

Loving Max Pump as a non-stim. RegisterJr I've settled on 3 prewo and 1 before bed as a good combo, per your recommendations (and after trying a few other combinations). I'm writing up a review to post hopefully today. I really like it as a nonstim staple (even as a stackable). And an e****lent price, too.

On a more tasty note, just bought Animal Whey--Mocha and Frosted Cinnamon. Tried the FC with water and all I can say is daaaaaang. Super tasty. And I like the profile: 25 protein / 3 carbs. (I've been using Syntha-6 because (a) I got a good deal, and (b) it's got great taste. But too many carbs really for what I wanna use for PCT.) Mixes great with water. Bit of an aftertaste, but some people may not notice. I used to work in a popcorn factory and I notice anything sucralose pretty easily. Still yumsicle.
 
--PCT Day 1--

So, my goal during PCT is to maintain the strength gains I got during 1-Andro, along with dropping a bit of fat, along with some water weight.

My total kcal intake fluctuated between 3000-3500 during 1-Andro. I'll be dropping total intake to 2750 during PCT. Eating style with 1-Andro was moderately clean; I'll be eating mostly clean.

I also didn't do much cardio or core / ab work during 1-Andro. I'll be doing a bit more cardio each week, along with a definite day for core.

I'll post starting weight and stats, along with pics later. They'll be my "end cycle" pics and stats from 1-Andro.

1/3 of the way through PCT and feeling pretty good. Haven't checked my weight in about a week, so I'll post that up later. Energy is good; down about 0.5% BF. I've increased my calorie deficit a tiny bit more and tweaking my intake timings.

Strength is good--we've started doing outside hardscapes now that the weather has been nicer and these heavy blocks don't feel as heavy as the used to.

My goal (no time period) is to drop to the 200-205 range and decrease BF to the 10-12% range. I have two high volume days and two heavy days, with cardio in between. Trying to start up 20 minutes of am cardio.

Libido is back up. I had some slight suppression at the end of 1-Andro, but I'm feeling pretty much bounced back.
 
That's my goal too, it's just not easy motivating myself to diet. lol
