Some good feelings today. Got 360x2 with lying leg press and 185x2 with barbell squats. Haven't done a barbell squat in about three years. Needless to say, I felt it! Made the walk of gains all the way back to my car.

After a few days the pumps get better.
Sam's has a decent price here on boxes of 5 dozen eggs. It's hard to eat them all before expiration (though I don't often follow the expiration recommendation of eggs).
The green magnitude gave me the best pump

I've been digging their protein bars.
I think I used to eat those in high school. What were those called? Nitro-tech bars?
I'll try them. I don't think one of my wrists will participate.
