Ya I think I'm gunna get rid of the CLA and look at ArA some more, but the reviews look good, just confused on what effects it is really gunna have, or what people's real results from it have been during a caloric deficit??? Also for taking both ARA and ABE during a cut. What are some dosing recommendations?
Reviews I have seen from people cutting with ArA are keeping and even adding strength while noticing body composition changes. I ran ArA and ABE on a recomp and my body composition drastically changed while adding LMB and strength shot through the roof.
ArA: dose 1-2 grams pre-workout. No need for dosing on off days.
ABE: 2 pre / 2 post. Off days - 1/1/1/1
