When I first started lifting seriously back in the early 80's I built a preacher curl bench, this is the picture I had hanging in front of it.

From what I've seen, prolonged use of any Anabolic will have a temporary negative effect on lipids.
Yup, for sure. I enjoy reading peoples bloods, sort of an odd hobby, but interesting to see how things are affected, can always learn from others. Im like you Rocket, I mainly do them every 6 months, I give myself no reason to get them more frequently just being on low dose TRT... Nothing really changes...

Every time I see Louie I think of that scene from Pumping Iron when Arnold’s on the beach and says: “Tell Louie I said hi. Say to his father I said hi. And that I look forward to seeing him in South Africa.”

I love that scene because you can see in his face he knows he’s already won.

Luckily, I have a garage so the car is clean and warm when I leave for work.

We always get the wet/heavy crap here. Bordering the ocean we get the snow/moisture mix, then it freezes.
By the time we get out there in the AM, first couple of inches are frozen to the ground, the other stuff basically clogs the snow-blower. Fun times, but spring is coming! Beaches and Bikini's again. (No, not me, wifey and the rest of the local ladies). :p

I am having a hard time sticking to my nutritional plan, I just don't seem to have the will power and I'm hungry all the time. I just need to get my head in the game.

With working from home my activity levels definitely have dropped and my snacking habits have gone up. Not a good recipe for keeping lean but my main meals have been pretty clean and boring :) A lot of chicken, brown rice, and green beans.

You got this Rocket, we can always have little setbacks, but youve been doing this a long time, thats what counts.
Getting back to it!

Im dying for the spring to come, to get out again for our daily walks with the dog.
Too cold, icy, miserable to do it now, I use the treadmill and bike in the winter months, but its not the same.

Dog keeps us moving fast, hilly neighborhood and our path takes us 45 mins, which is perfect for my old ass...

Today will be 45 in New Hampshire, I consider that warm this time of year. "Warm" is when its OK enough to go out for a walk, etc without freezing dressed in just a hoodie. Things are looking up. (It will hit 47 on SAT & SUN). :p

Was the bloods drawn at the trough - at the furthest time since previous injection, like within 12 hours of when you would do your next injection? That’s the only way to compare accurately. Also, hematocrit can flux a couple points just based on hydration, but if you feel that was the same then that’s a good difference.

They were both done 1 week from my last injection.

So even though you have been doing subq twice a week, you skipped a shot for the bloodwork?
Yes, I wanted a week between for both shots.
