Back day here as well. Pump came and went couldn't find my groove. I had to ditch my pre wo meal until I find more cream of rice. Oats have made me bloated nauseous.
At least you can find Cream of Rice... I seriously don't think they sell it in Canada. All I can find is something call Brown Rice Ferna - Creamed Rice. I might have to make a trip to Buffalo or have SB mail me some from Rochacha...

My mother is going to Syracuse for the weekend (she is in a choir for old ladies lol - sounds funny but actually its great for her). Anyways point being, bringing me back a couple of boxes of Cream of Rice! ....errr and a box of Choc/pb poptarts is on the list too ;)

Ok guys. My ab outline is getting crazy. No top 4 yet but it'll be soon. Gonna cycle the carbs starting Monday. See if I can get these babies to show strong by June.
 
Todays workout brought to you by: Slipknot. brutalized my tiny little arms. theres no way 20" isnt very far off after a few more of those lifts.

30-45 second rests.

superset 1. 4 sets
1 handed push down for 12, dip machine 15,12,8,6

superset 2 4 sets
1 arm pronated kickbacks for 8 reps, skull crushers for 10

superset 3 4 sets
seated db curls- hard flex at top 3 second descent 8 reps, machine preachers, hard flex at top 10 reps

superset 4 4 sets
ez bar curl with a 3 sec descent 8 reps, ezbar reverse curl (thumbless grip) hard squeeze on top with a 3 second descent 12 reps

fst7 triceps- 1h reverse grip cable pushdowns

fst7 biceps 1h cable curls

threw the fst7's in for farts and smiles. the burn was intense and i just wanted more. i wont be able to straighten my arms tomorrow.

It really wasn't that bad...I just made sure I took a bite of potato with the chicken and washed it down with the cottage cheese. :-)

Phase 2 starts tomorrow. All out shred fest. Just gonna need help keeping my mind in it I hate losing strength on my lifts.

Macros will be 360/50/75. I'll clean carb refeed once a week prob Sunday night before my leg day.

Tomorrow I'll be starting 50mcg ed t3. I'll max the doses around 150mcg.. Tapered up obv.. Very catabolic BUT 1.2g AAS will help with that. :-) . Depending on bp I'll bring in ECA or possibly clen and a nice dry oral like mechabol.

Man you have been killing it! So this cleanse... it is an overnight thing then in the morning it would be pretty bad? Is this something to do on a night before you have the next day off? Do you feel any better after having done it, or just lighter?

As far as the cleanse, because I messed up the amount of fiber it was a 4 hour thing, not overnight lol. For a solid 12 hours I was very bloated and gassy. The next day I was golden. I felt better, and I've been far more regular since the cleanse. 2-3x a day as opposed to once maybe twice if I'm lucky, so I guess in the long term after the cleanse I do feel FAR better.




Today's lift: chest and shoulders.


Inc hs machine. 1plate per sidex15 1.5ppsx15 2ppsx15 2.5ppsx12 3ppsx8 last set was a triple drop 3ppsx 8 2pps x8 1ppsx8. I would have gone heavier but the machine only holds 3 plates :-(. I paused for 1 second on every rep at 3/4 lockout.

Incline bb 225x6x2 275x6 315x3

Flat wide grip bench 225x15 225x 14 225x15

Cable crosses 2 sets of [email protected]

Reverse pec deck 90x35 110x35 130x20rp8rp7

Side laterals 4x15

Cage presses 3 sets heavy set was 135x8.

No doubt. I can't even hit that on flat.
 
I won't be going heavy pressing for a while now. Damn shoulder kept me up last night. The humorous kept catching on the crack in the labrum every time I moved. :-/. That's ok everything else will catch up now lol.

Mine was bothering me, too! I always lay on my stomach with my left arm under my head, and I could feel my shoulder hurting.
 
Good to hear on the cleanse thing I may have to do that too. Hate t hear the shoulder is still bothering you. Just like you said back it down a little do 4-1-2-1 tempo on your pressing and see if that settles it down a bit.

That's exactly the plans! Maybe some high volume supersets and drops sets as well.
 
I think that's part of my problem, I'm a shoulder sleeper and when I sleep on it it's much worse

Oh man, I remember there were mornings when I couldn't move my shoulder right after I woke up because it hurt sooooo bad. I would sleep with a heating pad all night.
