I disagree, to a point. Metallica were great till after the BLACK album.. certainly after Justice.Hard to say no to Dave Mustaine. James hetfield and Lars ulrich tied their own noose when they dropped him. They were great together... Metallica has crashed and burned bad since they dropped him.
At least you can find Cream of Rice... I seriously don't think they sell it in Canada. All I can find is something call Brown Rice Ferna - Creamed Rice. I might have to make a trip to Buffalo or have SB mail me some from Rochacha...Back day here as well. Pump came and went couldn't find my groove. I had to ditch my pre wo meal until I find more cream of rice. Oats have made me bloated nauseous.

1 arm pronated kickbacks for 8 reps, skull crushers for 10

seated db curls- hard flex at top 3 second descent 8 reps, machine preachers, hard flex at top 10 reps
superset 4 4 sets
ez bar curl with a 3 sec descent 8 reps, ezbar reverse curl (thumbless grip) hard squeeze on top with a 3 second descent 12 reps
fst7 triceps- 1h reverse grip cable pushdowns
fst7 biceps 1h cable curls
threw the fst7's in for farts and smiles. the burn was intense and i just wanted more. i wont be able to straighten my arms tomorrow.

Very catabolic BUT 1.2g AAS will help with that.. Depending on bp I'll bring in ECA or possibly clen and a nice dry oral like mechabol.
Tried the front squats the other day.. just while warming up.. felt very awkward -takes some getting used to I guess

Man you have been killing it! So this cleanse... it is an overnight thing then in the morning it would be pretty bad? Is this something to do on a night before you have the next day off? Do you feel any better after having done it, or just lighter?
I won't be going heavy pressing for a while now. Damn shoulder kept me up last night. The humorous kept catching on the crack in the labrum every time I moved. :-/. That's ok everything else will catch up now lol.
Mine was bothering me, too! I always lay on my stomach with my left arm under my head, and I could feel my shoulder hurting.
Good to hear on the cleanse thing I may have to do that too. Hate t hear the shoulder is still bothering you. Just like you said back it down a little do 4-1-2-1 tempo on your pressing and see if that settles it down a bit.
I think that's part of my problem, I'm a shoulder sleeper and when I sleep on it it's much worse
