another killer day gentlemen. started it out with 8oz ground turkey, 2 whole eggs 4 whites and a packet of quick oats. the big calorie day yesterday actually has had me hungry as sH!t all day today this far.
today was meadows chest and shoulders. i'm going to start the tale of my lift off with the fact that today was like the parade of cougars in my gym. along with them, the test and tren i was a walking f*cking boner. i wish i was exaggerating but i had wood most of the time. these women were incredible. i've seen exactly zero of them in there before. motivation levels were through the roof needless to say.
machine incline. 12,10,8,6. i ended with the full stack. idk the weights i really didnt pay attention.
flat db press. 2x6 pyramid up, 3x8 (turned into 3x12) work sets with the 100's. nothing bigger in the gym unfortunately
inclines 4x8. used a smith due to no spot. 2 plates and a quarter.
machine side laterals. these were the ones that call out having a partner push down on the load, since i didnt have one i drop setted. 4x8x8
rear pec deck 4x20
over and backs 1x12, 1x8. holy f*ckin failure! used 95 on those ones though.
cardio 10 minutes on the step mill 12 minutes on the tread mill. i really think i'm going to begin doing some AM fasted cardio. then some non fasted post work out on lift days. my off days from cardio will be sunday and monday. as far as BCAA, is 15g the going rate still?
