A BEASTS training log.

another killer day gentlemen. started it out with 8oz ground turkey, 2 whole eggs 4 whites and a packet of quick oats. the big calorie day yesterday actually has had me hungry as sH!t all day today this far.

today was meadows chest and shoulders. i'm going to start the tale of my lift off with the fact that today was like the parade of cougars in my gym. along with them, the test and tren i was a walking f*cking boner. i wish i was exaggerating but i had wood most of the time. these women were incredible. i've seen exactly zero of them in there before. motivation levels were through the roof needless to say.

machine incline. 12,10,8,6. i ended with the full stack. idk the weights i really didnt pay attention.

flat db press. 2x6 pyramid up, 3x8 (turned into 3x12) work sets with the 100's. nothing bigger in the gym unfortunately

inclines 4x8. used a smith due to no spot. 2 plates and a quarter.

machine side laterals. these were the ones that call out having a partner push down on the load, since i didnt have one i drop setted. 4x8x8

rear pec deck 4x20

over and backs 1x12, 1x8. holy f*ckin failure! used 95 on those ones though.

cardio 10 minutes on the step mill 12 minutes on the tread mill. i really think i'm going to begin doing some AM fasted cardio. then some non fasted post work out on lift days. my off days from cardio will be sunday and monday. as far as BCAA, is 15g the going rate still?
 
I don't know if 15 is the money spot or not. I have read conflicting things. However the biggest thing I have read consistently is that you only need 5g of BCAA to spur protein synthesis. That being said I get in about 8g of mixed aminos pre and about 12 intra which is a 1/2 gallon of sugar free coolaid that I finish with my post workout shake by just adding the protein powder to what is left if any.

cable pullldowns 3x10. again, worked my way into a good weight. we're just calling it 3x10. i did like 7 total sets.

low cable rows with individual handles 3x10. same as last 2 sets.

1 arm pull downs with palms facing me on the hammer strength machine. 3x10.. i think my 6th set was 2 45 plates and a quarter for 7 on one side 5 on the other.

donkey calves 3x15 with a 10 second static hold on the last rep on each set

standing calf machine OCCLUDED 3x10. i wanted to hit 5 sets but i had the tourniquets too tight...or maybe tight enough. either way i see what guys are talking about when they say the pump is unreal. that sh*t hurt lol.

Right below my knee joint.. I'll get a picture up eventually but my calves suck and I'm out at the local bar for her bday so it'd be weird if I pulled my pants down and took pictures.

smashed my arms. to itty bitty pieces even.

pushdowns for warm up on the vbar. meadows calls out rope but our machines dont go high enough and/or the ropes are too long to get a full ROM. 3 sets of whatever to get blood moving.

superset one- vbar pushdowns 12 reps- full stack all 4 sets
seated dip machine 15,12,8,6 (got 15,12,7,5) 2 plates per side, 3 plates per side, then 3plates and a quarter on each side. think the total is 325 or so on the big set.

superset 2- pronated db kick backs sets of 8 with a 25lb db
over head rope extensions with 50lbs

superset 3- seated db curls 30's for 8 reps
preachers for 10 reps with like 55lbs

ss4 reverse grip ez bar curls for 15 reps- 50lb easy bar
hammer db curls both arms at once for 8 reps

everything was 4 laps of each ss. my arms are on fire. feels soooo damn good.

BP been a bit on the high side the last few days. been holding a bit of water. need to take care of this. gonna low carb this week to wring some water out. i think my e2 may be a bit high i switched brands and the type of AI. i just dont like exemestane i guess.

hitting up the legs in a few minutes. just learned i've been setting up my bands on leg press incorrectly. should be interesting when i use them today lol

single leg curls. 50x15, 60x15, 70x14

front squat bar x10 135x10 185x5 225x5 245x5 said f it.. 275x3 285x2. the second one at 285 was a grinder. holy **** it was bad. i had to take second breath on the way up. it felt like literally a 10 second ascent.

leg press with bands. double the bands up, definitely noticed A LOT more tension. 1 plate x8 3plate x8 4 platex8 5x8 for 2 sets final set was a triple drop starting at 6 plates for 5, 5 for 5, 4 for 8. thats plates per side not total.

bulgarian split squats on a smith. 2 drop sets. first was a double starting with 2 10lb plates per side for 10, 1 plate for 10. second set was 3 plates for 8 2 for 8 1 for 5.

smith sldl/rdl 2 sets of 15 with 45's on each side.

Yeah I knew there wasn't much tension on the bands idk why I never thought to double them. Eh. Lesson learned. They're pretty brutal when used correctly.

Good sesh brother... Perhaps give some banded over and backs a go between sets. I find it keeps things loose and helped with shoulder pain.

Today's an off day. Tried a lower intestine cleanse that bcazo and tyga tyga mentioned in their log. Definitely cleansed... Jesus the gas was horrific. Didn't get much sleep. Back and forth to the can all night. Feel great now. Bloating is definitely less even after 60g of fibre. I miscalculated how much I needed...

Tomorrow will resume regularly scheduled programming. Back day!

It definitely works at the correct dose!! LOL At 30g things didn't start flowing till I had my caffeine..

30g psiliyum husk fiber pre bed. I drank a load of water with it to help it do it's thing. 200mg caffeine when you wake with a splash of ephedra. Kiss your toilet goodbye.

I took slightly over double the dose sheerly by accident. Math skills suck.

Back day here as well. Pump came and went couldn't find my groove. I had to ditch my pre wo meal until I find more cream of rice. Oats have made me bloated nauseous.
