Yes, increased hunger is a benefit to ABE. I ran it 8 weeks during PCT after my last cycle and I was constantly hungry for the first 4 weeks or so. Stuff helps keep the calories on the increase.Hunger is getting out of control. That's a side of ABE right?

It's been super windy and tough the last few weekends. Haven't really even seen much. Just a few spindly young bucks

Same here. Could take it anymore and shot a doe last night lol. Hit her in no mans land between the spine and lungs and didn't kill her though.
That blows. I hate the muscle hits like that. Especially the ones that bleed like hell for 100 +yds then the trail just stops.
Yeah she was the opposite. No blood for for probably 300 yards. Found like 10 pin drop size spots in a thicket we went to after we couldn't find any. Sucks but if u bow hunt enough it happens I guess.

The diet is always one of the biggest issues. I track all my macros as I eat them to give me a running total. It's hard to control portions but at least I get feedback on how I'm doing for the day.The diet has been the biggest issue along with solid consistency

You don't need to plan an effective diet to cut - everybody knows the steroids do all the work for you. I don't even lift![]()
Hmmm interesting crock pot invention... I have been telling myself I am going to try some Buffalo style Crockpot chicken breasts for a while now. I just have to make it, thinking that would be something I could weigh out and eat with a fork with nothing else or add my own carbs in like rice, potato, or even a tortilla.
I was thinking the same earlier. I've been keeping it paleo, so I can go true buffalo with some grass fed butter and and some red hot and a few of my own ingredients to church it up. I'll let you know how it goes if I do it first.
That crock pot meal sounds pretty good. I did some pork with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce last week but no apples so I'll have to try that. I'm going to try to make my own bbq sauce this week to make it have a little less sugar. Crock pot meals have saved me from endless food prep. I did 4.5lbs of chicken with a couple onions, bout 10 jalapenos and a couple red peppers and shredded it up after. That was great standalone, with guac/greek yogurt or in a burrito with all the fixings.
Smashed chest, & now I'm coming over to your place to smash all your weekly chicken in one gluttonous meal. No worries, I'll just sleep on your couch so you don't have to worry about me getting tired driving home after eating 7k calories of bbq.

The Hammer Strength incline can feel odd if you don't have it at the right height creating the better angle for you. Try lining the handles up so that where you put your hands on the bar is about middle of the chest or 1 inch higher and see if it doesn't feel a little better.
