Serms make me hungry as fuk for some reason!
 
Hunger is getting out of control. That's a side of ABE right?
Yes, increased hunger is a benefit to ABE. I ran it 8 weeks during PCT after my last cycle and I was constantly hungry for the first 4 weeks or so. Stuff helps keep the calories on the increase.

Same here. Could take it anymore and shot a doe last night lol. Hit her in no mans land between the spine and lungs and didn't kill her though.

That blows. I hate the muscle hits like that. Especially the ones that bleed like hell for 100 +yds then the trail just stops.

Yeah she was the opposite. No blood for for probably 300 yards. Found like 10 pin drop size spots in a thicket we went to after we couldn't find any. Sucks but if u bow hunt enough it happens I guess.

That it does. Hopefully this is the weekend. Don't have to drag my girlfriend with me, don't have my dad going, just me. I'll probably sit the entire day Saturday. They're in chase mode.

Rear delt pec deck 3x20

Upright rows 4x12

Rear delt swings/destroyers. Yikes. Pump is unbelievable. Waiting on post wo meal to cook

The diet has been the biggest issue along with solid consistency
The diet is always one of the biggest issues. I track all my macros as I eat them to give me a running total. It's hard to control portions but at least I get feedback on how I'm doing for the day.

Tracking feels like too much work to me. Drives me nuts. And how many 8oz pieces of chicken have the exact same macros? Probably exactly 0. If I could hire someone to plan my meals I'd do it in a heartbeat
 
well. today was back day. and let me tell you my lats are inflated. started with db rows, onto meadows rows, deadlifts and my first experience with "stretchers" jesus christ i understand fully why those are at the last movement in most the meadows training programs i've seen. wowwwie. they hurt soo good.

thanks to another big bald beastly mofo in this thread i think my training adhd will be cured for the next 12 weeks. next i need to do is cure my diet add. maybe i'll hit up mattys4 from bossbody to help me custom tailor my diet to this lift program and pull off a SERIOUS recomp/mild cut.
 
You don't need to plan an effective diet to cut - everybody knows the steroids do all the work for you. I don't even lift ;)

Stretch push-ups till fail and believe me failure was imminent

Chest is pumped to hell. Tomorrow will be bi and tri with hints if abs and calves

Recipe time!

Simple and easy for crockpot chefs.


Enough chicken or pork tenderloin(fat trimmed) to suit your daily /weekly needs

1 large sweet onion diced

3 apples diced.

BBQ sauce-I used 24 ounces of some thick stuff, another 24 ounces of Water. You could use some liquid smoke if you like as well.

I let it go for 4 hrs on high and 4 more on low.

It's pretty tasty. And easy to cook a seven volume if you cook for a few days at a time like I try to. I'd bet homemade BBQ would be a lot better for you to eat and probably taste better but pouring out a bottle really cuts down prep. Took maybe 7 minutes. I had to wash dishes first.
 
Hmmm interesting crock pot invention... I have been telling myself I am going to try some Buffalo style Crockpot chicken breasts for a while now. I just have to make it, thinking that would be something I could weigh out and eat with a fork with nothing else or add my own carbs in like rice, potato, or even a tortilla.

I was thinking the same earlier. I've been keeping it paleo, so I can go true buffalo with some grass fed butter and and some red hot and a few of my own ingredients to church it up. I'll let you know how it goes if I do it first.

Sounds good, I have found a few different recipes online. A lot of them use Franks, but I like the Indian flavor of this company plus these sauces add more heat and less vinegar. If you like things hot give it a try. Damn good flavors and plenty heat. The flambeau sauce will light you up.

They sell it in the International Isle at my Krogers, I am not sure what other grocers carry it but definitely some of the best hot sauces out there for flavor in my opinion.
 
That crock pot meal sounds pretty good. I did some pork with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce last week but no apples so I'll have to try that. I'm going to try to make my own bbq sauce this week to make it have a little less sugar. Crock pot meals have saved me from endless food prep. I did 4.5lbs of chicken with a couple onions, bout 10 jalapenos and a couple red peppers and shredded it up after. That was great standalone, with guac/greek yogurt or in a burrito with all the fixings.

Yeah I want to make my own BBQ sauce next. The chicken does sound like a damn decent idea doing it that way. Good thing I've got 2 crockpots and I can do buffalo in one and chicken with jalepenos in the other.

. I think I hit a pr with seated curls at 45lbsx6 reps AND on tricep kick backs palms neutral at 45x6 as well

The wheels on this beastly machine are greased. Watch out. Big gains and body comp changes are on the horizon.

Tyga, my woman made that sesemea chicken you were talking about a while ago for dinner. That stuff is bomb. Leg day. Meadows style. SLDL - PR by 50lbs. 275x5. There was some fine little sluts squatting next to me. Had to peacock it u Leg press, 5 plates per sidex8 reps with 3 sec negs Hacks Step ups Lying leg curls. Volume.. Well. Definitely there. Those leg presses actually caused me to hulk my boxer shorts. They were old and started to rip but definitely blew then out! Solid diet today. 2000 cals 205p 144c 67f. Gonna be about the same for a bit. That's mild recomp cals for me. More of a cut but it'll do for my purposes. Time for sexy cardio. She's on top. My legs at too fried!

Incline smith 12,10,8,6 last set was 2 45's a 25 and 10 on each side

Slight incline db press 2 sets 6 then 2 of 8. My gyms DBS only go to hundo so I did 2 of 10 for the last 2

Flat bench 2x15@225

Stretch push-ups 2 to fail. I got a gnarly stretch at failure.

Venison tenderloins for dinner. Gonna hit 2200ish canals before it's over.
 
Last night I took off. Severe sinus headache. One of the ones where I thought I might lose an eye and teeth style. Tonight will be a solo lift for back and shoulders.

I would personally (when I do it again) either boil or crockpot the breasts in chicken broth and make the sauce separately. Don't try to cook in the sauce. IMHO it ruined it.

I don't like that hs machine. Feels so unnatural. Idk how I feel about it. Unfortunately next week the schedule calls out machine inclines and barbell inclines. Maybe my gyms got a nautilus to try instead of the hammer strengths.
 
The Hammer Strength incline can feel odd if you don't have it at the right height creating the better angle for you. Try lining the handles up so that where you put your hands on the bar is about middle of the chest or 1 inch higher and see if it doesn't feel a little better.

I've noticed that I have a tendency to sit too low when doing these.. Your right he may need to raise the set higher..
 
Week 2 leg day. I'm going to be cursing this meadows guy a lot and the big sexy bald guy that showed me his program.

Warmed up with 3x10 leg curls and 10 partials on each set

Squats with a 3 sec neg
225x10 245x8 275x5. Missed my target of 6 but that last one was a grinder

Leg press 3 sec neg. I was supposed to beat last weeks. First set I did. 5 plates per side and a quarter for 7 very solid reps and light assist on the last rep. Second set I hit 5 dropped the quarters and ground it out. Last set was 5 per side and I had to assist my last 3 reps.

Subbed lunges for step ups. Lunges kill my knees. 2x10 per leg with 50lb dbs

Db SLDL. 2x20 with the 50s

6x15 on calf press. Total of 13 work sets. Probably 23 if you count warm ups. My legs are a gelatinous blob.

Shot another doe this weekend. It's big buck or bust now. Hunting about. 100 acres that hasn't seen a human in at least 5 yrs. prob 10. Pretty pumped.

I'm pumped about this. It's down below where my stand is in some steep gnarly hill that flattens out and opens up. I've watched so many deer disappear over that ledge. It's time to find them. Stick you a doe. Get you some additive free all natural deliciousness. Great for a diet.
