I can't even handle a traditional superset. Just don't have the endurance for it. Even now when I squat, anything over 5 reps utterly decimates me. My heartrate goes through the roof & stays there for minutes :sad3:

I need to get into better cardio shape. I have the same problem but I'm thinking that 20 rep range on squats might really help weak leg development and if my cardio is up it may help get into that rep range.
 
Another giant day. Back bi forearm set one. Set 2 back trap bi

On gs 1 I smashed my pr for hs pull downs with a total of 250lbs for 5 reps. On 2 I hit bent overs for 225x6 followed by shrugs at 315 for 12. Beast mode on

That's awesome so I guess your liking ABE!! Week 2 is when the strength starts kicking in for me.. How's mom doing??
 
Glad to hear surgery went well and sorry to hear they saw more to keep their eyes on. At least they know tho. From what you say, she will have this thing kicked before you know it.

Random though, Ezekiel bread=sprouted grains. Would pasta made from sprouted grains be ok to eat as well?

I don't know the answer to this but I love ezekiel bread so I say yes...maybe?

Hmmmm Random thought number 2 = spaghetti meat sauce over baked potatoes???? Fries are good with tomato based sauces, I like chili on my potatoes... why not spaghetti sauce over potato if trying to go paleo. Many paleos say potatoes are fine compared to grains. For that matter rice if trying to stay away from gluten.

Don't gimme that. Canned chicken & tuna at aldi & the $1.09 bags of steam in 6 min in the bag broccoli make food prep for the lazy a 6 min ordeal. Bake a tray of potatoes once a wk with it & add calories elsewhere to enrich your meals & meet your maintenance. But you should easily get 3 solid meals/day like that no effort. Then make 2-3 MrKleen shakes with like 2 scoops of whey blend & 2 scoops of casein & work those inbetween. Boom. Go hunting with time to spare. Yeah its boring. But do you wanna get big or not? :bryce:

Had a spike at 7.8 yards broad side quartering away on my good side for what felt like an eternity eating acorns yesterday. But he was a 1.5y/o spike and we pretend to follow QDM. I've seen a lot just getting a shot has sucked. It's also really weird right now. They're rutting but they aren't. I had one smell the estrus I put down and book it, I had another all over it idk. Charles Alzheimer predicted a long drawn out rut this year so I guess that's what's happening. How's your season looking?
 
I keep telling myself I am gonna go get my hunting license so I can go with my bro-in-law. I just never seem to do it. I haven't used a bow in so long I would need some major practice before trying bow hunting. Hell I don't even know if I can shoot any longer it has been so long.

Extremely slow. Seen a few scrub bucks sunday night. But that was the first set of horns I've seen all year. Shot a doe earlier but its been pretty slow other than that. I've never had much luck with a full moon though and it seems to be a full moon every damn night now lol

Definitely practice. Do everything you can to avoid making a bad shot. It's definitely way cool bowhunting and getting so close.

Yeah and did you notice I think it was Friday the moon was not only bright but was kind glowing yellow instead of white.
 
Shoulders. Strength was decent stamina was not. Tomorrow will be off Thursday bi's and tri's Friday legs with a giant set to hit all 3 delt heads at the end again. I want my delts to pop.

Early morning lift. It was beautiful out this morning. Wish I wasn't at work being a slack ass! No crazy #s. Hit 110 on flat bar curls, full stack on tri push downs.


The erase seems to be making my nips burn a little. That's just my touch of gyno right? I've never noticed it before. Ever. On cycle or not.

Smashed legs this morning. No crazy numbers. Sets of 20 on leg press. Worked my way up to 5 plates then drop setted it back down. I was ready to puke by then. Did some SLDL and a machine circuit for quads calves and hams.

Definitely did something right. Feet are falling asleep in my workbench chair. Bloods pooling up high.

Chest and back today. My bad shoulder was crunchy as hell today. No big numbers. Inclines-225x8 hs pull downs 115/sidex6 which isn't bad. Been training fasted. IF min-fri. Free days sat and sun. Which isn't bad since I eat twice when I'm out of the woods.

Eating post now. Carbs are hitting HARD. Sweating like a gay man in the hotdog isle in the supermarket.
 
Leg day. Highlight was a widow maker leg press at 315 for 37 reps. Still nothing really to report from the ABE. My joints are dry from the Epro. Dopadex has me sleeping like a log. The ignite and max pump are still pretty sweet. Finaflex has made a believer out of me.

Contemplating igf for the month of December followed by a nice legal "ph" stack in jan followed by more igf.

Also going to hit one laggy part every lift day for 4 weeks at a time. I'm starting with biceps. The next 4 week block will be calves.
 
Crazy reps on that widowmaker set. I love sleep on l-dopa. Sounds like you have some good plannin' here.
 
My lifting partner really wanted to lift today. We TORCHED shoulders.

Seated shoulder press-5 sets last set was a quad drop set.

Side laterals 4 sets super setted with hammer curls

Rear db delt flies on an incline bench last set was a double drop. Super set with ez bar curls.

Upright rows 4 sets. Last set drop set. Ss with reverse grip curls.

Bb shrugs-3 sets

Rear pec deck 2 sets to fail with rest pauses.

Tons of volume. Brutal day.

Nothing to note from ABE. Maybe a slight hunger increase. But I've restricted my cals and my only carbs are veggies, and the occasional potato or fruit so that may have something to do with it.

I do have to make mention. I am getting great pumps still. Idk if it's because my only daily carbs are PWO or if it's solely from the max pump.

My understanding is, yes. I got to try og AB for 3wks & noticed more hunger & much better pump/fullness, but I was using Need2Slin simultaneously so impossible to say. I got a bit stronger though during restricted cals & only having carbs pre/post workout (just like you're doing it sounds) & held or dropped bf the slightest bit.

Great for pct if you lose appetite on SERMS like I do..

Hit legs today. Squats leg press SLDL leg curls seated and standing calves. Nothing crazy. Did 4 sec negatives on leg press. That was excruciating.
