Chest
BB bench: 1x10 135, 1x6 155, 3x3 185, 1x1 205
DB incline: 1x8 60, 1x6 70, 2x6 75
DB flys: 2x8 30
Fly machine: 3x10 120 (love the burn from this)
Incline skullcrushers: 2x8 80

Other supplements:

Thoughtage:
Does this need to be tapered down? If so will start that tomorow. Endurance has increased quite a bit since beginning of this btw.

Calf raises dropset: 2x10, 1x15 4 plates - 1 plate(180lbs-45lbs)
Hip adductions: 1x10 225, 1x10 240, 1x10 255
Hip abductions: 3x10 220
Lat pulldowns: 2x6 270, 1x10 230(last rep each set hold for 5)
Deadlifts: 1x6 225(friend couldn't do these so switch to TL's)
Trunk lifts: 1x10, 2x10 25(behind head)

protein shake post WO

I went out last night and hung out with some old friends i hadn't seen in a couple months but they said that i look bigger since we last hung out. They are actually like the 3rd instance that i've been told this in the last week so i am enjoying the attention....almost makes me not want to cut next =D

Thoughtage:
Happy with the reps i was able to push out, endurance has increased significantly since the beginning.
I took the last 2 days off due to work and a little illness so getting in the gym today was great lift.
*tomorow will be final day.
 
Sorry haven't been posting and didnt do the final review....just been busy. I went to check my maxes these last couple days and heres the results:

Starting: weight 181 lbs
BB bench: 1x1 205
Deadlift: 1x1 275
Squat: bad form 1x5 185
Military press: 3x8 110
Leg press: 1x5 630

Ending: weight 192 lbs
BB bench: 1x1 215, 1x3 205
Deadlift: 3x5 275
Squat: good form 1x5 225
Military press: 2x5 135
Leg press: 2x5 720

Final thoughts:
Noticed a quick libido boost from the start of taking T-911 and continued to primarily notice that for the first week and a half to two weeks at which point i began noticing strength increase in the gym. Endurance was a big gain during this log, it was almost as if this worked as a vaso-dilator and a lung expandor.....I just didn't get tired in the gym no matter how hard i pushed. I would definately recommend this as a PCT or at least to be added in the arsenol and feel that T-911 has alot more potential if stacked with synergists to itself.

Thanks man. I am going to post progress pics in a couple of weeks I'm excited to see the side by side comparison, I feel I've made some quality gains. By the looks of it, my pics might be up before this kid's :rofl:

6'2 at 180 is pretty tiny. You must have a small frame.
I am 6'2 at 200 and Im trying to get to 210.

total gains was:
about 2'' on my chest....no change in waist and 12 lbs body weight. i'm also figuring i gained about 1-2% body fat as well :-(

I think it's the camera phone, but I can't tell much difference in physique. You look good though man, not saying you don't at all... but I can't tell much change. Definitely looking like you have a good frame, physique, and everything else... good hygene and whatnot...
