Day 13: Flag football practice & Chest
9:30-12:30 Flag Football practice
ate a small bowl of raisin brand, and went to the gym to do a rushed 40-min chest workout
Incline BB Bench: 135x10, 155x6, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5, dropset right back down.
DB Bench: 80x8, 70x10, 70x8, 60x10
Incline Cable Flyes superset Decline Cable Flyes: 30x10 + 30x10, 40x10 + 40x10, x2, 30x10 + 30x10

Pretty much no more than 90 seconds of rest between sets. Numbers were low, but it hit my chest well.

Diet has been pretty bad this weekend, and i dont think im putting on any fat, thanks to the anabeta :biggthumpup: I'll get back on track on monday and try and get a little more definition going

Standing DB Curls: 25x10 each arm, 30x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x7
Overhand-wide-grip curls s/s bent over db hammer curl: ezcurl+20 x10 + 25x12, ezcurl+40 x10 + 30x12, ezcurl+40 x10 + 35x12, ezcurl+20 + 35x12
2 sets of pullups
Full ROM preachers s/s sideways seated DB preacher curls: 3 sets ezcurl+20 x10 + 25xfailure
Skull crushers s/s dips: ezcurl+40x10 + BWx10, x3
Cable rope pullovers/tricep extensions: 100-120 x10 for 3 sets

haha, taste was that bad? Or no pumps the problem? I honestly think preworkouts can HINDER workouts... Ive trained recently with nothing in me but some BCAAs, creatine, BA, alcar and I still pretty much get the same pumps....

preworkouts DEFINITELY hinder workouts. but i didn't like the taste, and i didn't like that I couldn't achieve a much of a pump. And the gas was pretty annoying.

I took AMS Pump Fixx today and really enjoyed it, im gunna put up a review soon

Day 15: Back
Deadlifts (raw, no shoes/belt/straps): 225x8, 315x5, 405x2 (WTF), 315x5, 365x5, 405x5, 455x1, 475x1 (old PR), 495x1 (W0000T), 505x1 (YEAH BUDDY, NEW PR! Finally broke 500lb!!)
Seated Cable Rows w/ slotted-grip attachment: 100x12, 130x10, 160x10, 190x10
Machine Lat pulldowns: 90x10 each arm, 140x10, 180x10, 180x10, 90x10

Im seriously stoked about pulling 505lb. Idk how this happened because I didn't eat much today, AND im still had alcohol in my body from last night. Really wasn't expecting much, maybe it was the PUMP FIXX??? possible...
 
Day 16: Shoulders
Standing BB OHP: 95x5, 115x5, 125x5, 135x5, x2, 125x5, x2, 115x5, x2, 95x6, x2
Upright BB Rows s/s behind the back BB Row: 65x10 each, 85x10, 105x10, 85x10, x2, 65x12, 45x15
Seated Single-arm DB OHP: 40x6 each arm, 50x5, x2, 55x5, x3
Tri-set of front db raises, side raises, and rear delt rows: 10's or 15'sx10-12 reps each exercise, for 4 sets
Cable Upright row s/s cable shrugs: rows were light for 10reps, shrugs were the entire rack, doing 10 normal shrugs, and 10 behind the back shrugs, 4 sets

Notes: I've been lagging a bit on how the stack has been. Well, ANABETA is awesome. Seriously, the best nutrition partitioner around. Idk where all of my junk food goes, because I dont do cardio and my definition is more noticable. Also, im still putting on lean mass. my stretch marks were glowing red today, and im still @ 222-224lb. Could more weeks of this, then some eviscerate and some N2BURN, while continuing anabeta.. i'll be in tip top shape :D

Oh, and about the Titanium.. my libido is back, its been back for a while now, so i got outta that week 6 shutdown pretty quick. :biggthumpup: But i dont feel like my libido is back to 100%, i'd say it's like 70% of where it was, maybe even 60%...to say the least it's doing what it's supposed to do.

I'm looking forward to the Anabeta! I just upped my cals too, so should be good to see how it takes care of the carbs.

it's ridiculous, I had to completely ditch my low-carb diet, but when i did i realized that im still staying lean. its so sweet, cheat meals dont even phase me :D

I wish I liked carbs. My cheats are eating about 3 pounds of steak in a sitting.
 
Day 17: Chest, dont like doing chest the day after shoulders, but my back and legs were too fatigued from Max deadlifting the other day. so...

Incline Machine (single arm iso): <45lb/side for reps, 3 sets
1 set of incline flyes w/ the 40s, wanted to use the 35lbs, but there were some people hogging it..
tri-set flyes (incline/flat/decline): 30x10 each exercise, 3 sets

Notes: Definitely noticing a small size increase. As well as slightly more definition. Im absolutely loving this stack. oh, and my libido is at ~75% to update from yesterday :biggthumpup:
 
Day 18: Legs, I wasn't really feeling it from the get-go today. Didnt get my usual amount of sleep, had 2 asahi's with dinner last night, and I was stressing about an exam so by the time i made it to the gym I was spent. Literally yawning as I felt my preworkout beta tingles. But decided just to do it anyways...

BB ATG Squat: 135x8, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 275x3 (at this point my lethargy over-rode my preworkout, and I just went light and worked on symmetry and widening my stance slightly. I didnt like how my left knee flared out slightly more than my right. I probably did about 10 more sets of 5 with 185.

Bulgarian Split Squat: BWx10 each leg, x4 (didnt even wanna grab db's today, i was spent)

time to take a nap.
 
still hitting it hard even though you are going through some tough times! Just dial back the volume a bit and get those heavy sets and not over work your body.

Once my mind-set is off, everything is off. decided just to take advantage of the situation and really focus on engaging the exact same muscles in both legs. I dont feel like I over did it with 15+ sets of squats, LOL. Left the gym with a nice pump. And I figured out what needs to be engaged more for proper symmetry
 
Day 19: Back
Bent over BB Rows (overhand): 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x8, x2, 185x12, 135x15, x2
Cable Lat Pull-downs (Close-grip): 130x10, 160x10, 190x10, x2, then single arm iso @ 45x15-25 for 4 sets
Lat Push-downs: dont remember weight, something light x 3 sets + some iso sets
Bent Over DB Row (underhand): Stayed light, worked on holding the weight for a second or .5-second at the top of the rep, 70x10 each arm, 60x10, x3, 50x15
Flye Machine for back, forgot what it's called: lightweight for 4 sets x 10 reps

Day 20: Shoulders
Standing BB OHP: 45x15,95x5, 115x5, 125x5, 135x5, x3, 125x5, 115x5, x2, 95x6, x2
Upright Row (EZ Curl): 55x10, 75x10, 85x10, 95x10, 100x10, x3, 80x10
Seated Single-Arm DB OHP: 40x10, 50x10, x3, 40x10
Standing BB OHP (Behind the neck): 45x10, 65x8, 75x8, x2, 75x7 dropset 65x8, 55x8, 45x10
Tri-Set Burnout [Front Raises/Side Raises/Rear-delt flyes]: had the 10s, 12.5s, and 15s, using various weights for all exercises. 4 sets, 8-10 reps each

Notes: My intensity is great. Im noticably making improvements, both in definition and size. Weight is still solid, sitting right aroun 219-222lb depending on what I ate. But either way ANABETA is still metabolizing everything I eat and it feel like I have no fear of putting on fat. Im not even dieting and im slowly losing weight. This is hands-down the best PCT i've ever done. Good-SHIIIZ i-Force, Athletix, and PES!!!!!
 
Strength wise hows it going?
I'd say strength is the only place where I took a hit. My numbers are down. theyre higher than before the cycle, but definitely down from when i was "on"... i dont have much of a problem with this because my physique has improved so much that im "turning a blind eye" to the strength loss.

Day 21: Rest, and football :) ..NFL Redzone is orgasmic

Day 22: Chest
Flat BB Bench: 135x8, 185x8, 205x5, 225x5, x4, (i didnt wanna go up because I was hitting my chest well at 225), 185x7, 135x10
DB Floor Presses: 90x6, 95x5, 95x4, 85x8
Hammer Strength Incline Press Machine: 90x10, 140x5 + 90x7, 160x5+ 90x8, 140x6 + 90x5, 90x10 + 90x6
Incline Cable Flyes S/S Decline Cable Flyes: 20-40lb x10-15 reps each exercise for 4 sets

I was too until Kenny Britt got out for the season and Mike Vick being all banged up :(. I still won this week thanks to Mike Wallace but I have a feeling next week is an L because I'm playing Touchdown Vultures who currently has accumulated the most points o_o.

Not discrediting him but I'm not sure he's made any moves that accounted for his high point victories. It was auto-pick after all.

Dang man, that is some MEAN deadlifts. Good call on the not pushing it on the PR. Dont wanna get injured, specially in PCT when you need to upkeep that body comp/weight.

Day 24: STUDY! too busy...didnt make it to the gym

Day 25: Shoulders [IDK what it was, but right off the bat I didn't have my normal intensity and strength. I havent worked out late at night (10PM) in a while, and with school ruining my schedule, my sleep and diet were way out of wack....but i did what i could]

Standing OHP: 95x5, 115x5, 125x5, x3, 115x5, 95x6, x2
EZ Curl Upright Rows: 90x10, 100x10, x3 supersetting with rear delt upright row: 65lb barx10 x3
Seated Single-Arm DB OHP: 50x5, 55x5, x3, 50x5, 45x5, 40x6
Tri-set DB front raises, side raises, and rear delt rows w/ 10's and 15s: 10reps per exercise, 3 sets
Burnt out on BB behind the neck standing OHP: 65xfailure, 45xfailure
 
just wanted to do an update...nothing much goiing on as of late. Ive been so busy with school and flag football that i havent worked out in 3 days. With the exception of my legs (which are tight from flag football) my body is very rested up. Im hoping for an epic chest workout tomorrow..
 
Okay, so I've been completely lagging on my log. Totally occupied by other things, and my gym time is suffering. So after taking 3 days off, here's day 29.

Day 29: Chest
Flat BB Bench: 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, x2, 225x5, 185x5
Incline Press Machine: 90x8, 140x7, 160x5, x2, 140x5, 90x10
Deline Press Machine: 140x10, x4
Cable Tricep (rope) Pullovers to Extensions: 100x12, 120x10, 130x10, x2

This was a miserable workout. I tried out 2 sample packs for SAN Fierce, and it did nothing for me. I felt lazy, no preworkout rush, no nothing to get me going. Although I did manage to get some solid DOMS in my upper chest, it was still a sub-par workout.

Day 30: Back
Bent Over DB Row: 80x10 (each arm), 90x10, 100x5, 105x5, x3, 90x8, 70x10
Lat Pulldown Machine: 90x10 (each arm), 140x10, 180x10, 200x8, 180x10, 140x12
Seated Cable Row (Upper back): 70x10, 85x10, x3
T-Bar Burnout: 1-2 plates for reps

This was a MUCH better workout. I felt much more on track. I didn't want to include the major back exercises because I had a football game last night. But im off of football til next monday, and i dont have any upcoming exams, so I'll be hitting the gym hard!

To update: Since I started Titanium during the cycle, I am already finished with it. I noticed that after stopping, my libido went down. But it's still working, just gotta give my body some time to get back to normal on its own. Clomid is all used up. And Im on my last leg of iForce Reversitolv2. I recently started taking REVAMP though, as I really need it.

Weight is still right around 220. And I dont think I'll be losing much of it until I do my cut. I'd say holding on to ~10lbs is a success for a PH cycle :)
 
Wow 10lbs?! That's a successful PCT!! Too bad about the pre workout drinks. I really need um too. Gets me in the zone.
 
Yeah im actually about 233-235to throughout the day... 220 is a dry weight ..and im fine with that...but not satisfied ;)
 
Day 31: Shoulders :)

DB Upright Rows: 40s x10, 45s x10, 50s x10, x2, switched to single-arm for concentration & core work. 50x10 each arm, 45x12, x2, 40x15
Seated DB OHP (singe arm): 50x8, 55x8, 55x7, 50x9, x2
Behind the back BB Upright Row: 55x15, 65x15, x3, 55x15, 45x15 (i was actually s/s regular upright rows on some sets, but the weight was so light that it was more for a pump)
OHP Machine (sitting backwards, targeting mid-rear delt): 15x10 each arm, x3, dropset 10x12, 5x10, no weight x10
Tri-set DB Front Raises/Side Raises/Rear delt flyes&rows: 15s and 10s for 10-15reps per exercise. 3 sets
DB Shrugs: 70s for reps s/s 80lb db for single-arm iso reps, 2 sets. This was spontaneous, felt like hitting traps, but i was exhausted.


Well I noticed immediately that my shoulder strength wasnt there. DOMS in my back and upper chest made the OHP a little difficult. BUT i told myself, "im not having another fockin sub-par workout" so i picked up the intensity and went hard on every set, even though the weight was lower than usual. Left the gym feeling some good shoulder fatigue...and woke up today feeling like i hit my shoulders well yesterday. Not to mention my chest stretch marks are still glowing red (my indicator of a really good workout)
 
Day 32: Legs
It's basically the last day. Everything's done except one pill tomorrow morning of Reversitol.

Atg BB Squat: 135x8, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 295x3, 295x5, 275x4, 225x10, x2, 135x10(1 sec pause @ ATG)
Glute/Ham Raises: BWx10, x10, x15
Bulgarian Split Squat: (@ this point my legs were already focked) bwx10 each leg, bw+70 x10, bwx10

Had a solid leg day. Good drive, good energy. I'll probably get a conclusion up soon. For now here's a sneak peak of what's coming up.

DAMN that looks like a SICK recomp stack. I'm jealous lol. Ive run both EndoSurge and AnaBeta. AB didn't get as much as I could've out of it I feel but EndoSurge is good sh!t.
